Surya Beach Cafe Galgibagh

One my most favorite places in Goa. Been coming here every year ever since I discovered this beach. The food is amazing. Super fresh. Their crab butter garlic and fish rechado are amazing. The pinacolada are also a highlight. If you like peace, good food and laid back vibe this is definitely the place for you. They even have a couple of rooms for stay. The beach itself is clean and less crowded with blue waters which are amazing to take a swim in.

Not exactly on the beach because Galgibagh is a turtle conservation site but still great atmosphere. The food was excellent, very fresh seafood.

Must try the OYSTERS and the fresh crabs and fish they catch. Surya is the main guy who runs the show and he is very helpful and takes great care of all his guests.

We have been walking down to Surya’s Cafe from Patnem for several Goa holidays now. The walk and the destination never disappoint.

Today we also rented a kayak from Surya and paddled some kilometres up the river at high tide. Wonderful. We will be doing that again!

Love this place! We’ve been coming here every year for fresh oyster, amazing goan style crab, pina colada & white wine. The seafood is always fresh and delicious. You can trust Surya’s recommendations for the food and drinks without hesitation!

If you are in south Goa, and if you have not been to Galgibaga..you haven't seen it, as far as Surya's cafe is is concerned...I can't say wat is good there...the food, the ambience, the music or Surya himself.... everything is above the top.... superb is the word ...a must visit

He and his team took great care of my family and we had fun around the beach.

Great place, food was really good, the waiters are sweet and always serve with a smile.

This Place is just amazing. Everyone must have the Live Oysters with Tabasco and Lime. Truly Heavenly. Love it. The Crabs were also Fresh AF!

INCREDIBLE fresh sea food and in such a beautiful setting! Highly recommend coming here for lunch and drinks it’s absolutely stunning and the best freshest seafood I’ve ever eaten!
