This temple is located in badrachalam Highway road and Many devotees came here from long distance. Here god name is kanakadurgamma devi. Saturday and Sunday a heavy rush will happen. But good facilities are arranged by temple management people. For visiting this temple we have good transportation from any route. The temple construction is looking beautiful.

Very famous temple in Palavoncha.. very sacred usually busy on sundays .. My father in law used to the SUB INSPECTOR of this place. My in laws all studied here . I really like Telangana side temples. Whenever we come to bhadrachalam we definitely come here. Offer sari and other things to Amma varu. Don't forget to ask for bangles post archana .

 The goddess also called Kanaka Durga, Pedhamma, Ankalamma, Poleramma, Parvathi, Pochemma, Laksmi, Shakthi etc.
 The story behind this temple is that in olden this temple area was completely in the forest.
 During that time a Big Tiger entered the village and took rest below a Tamarind tree without disturbing neither animals nor humankind.
 The villagers of Jagannadhapuram believed that the Tiger is nothing but our God Kanaka Durga and later onwards they put a photo frame of Goddess Kanaka Durga and worshipped.
 In 1961, the devotees Mr. Kancharla Jagga Reddy and Venkata Narasaiah constructed the temple.
 One can get blessings from the Goddess Kanaka Durga Devi (Pedhamma) and removes our problems. In this temple we can also find the idols of Annapurna Devi, Saraswathi, Abhayanjaneya.
