Bloomrooms @ City Centre

Great place to stay for solo travellers. Rooms are perfectly designed for solo travellers. For more than 1 person the rooms may be small but for single person it's perfect! Great stay for me during my business trip.

Absolutely wonderful experience!, beautiful rooms lobby and design in every corner. Comfy beds, climate and amenities. Cleannnes was top notch and the staff were absolutely helpful kind and respectful. I wish I could stay forever honestly. Price is also really good for all the goodies that you get. Breakfast was luxurious and location really convenient aswell. We felt safe inside and outside the hotel. 100% recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful and the service was on point so was the behaviour of everyone. Quite a pleasant stay. And the location is also great as it convenient to connect with the major parts of the city

We are quite happy with service. Service levels are very good, especially the room service house keeping. We had special requests like pureed idli and curd rice and Rathan and Pradeep immediately helped us whenever we made the request.

What a great budget hotel. The rooms are minimal but with everything you need. The staff were efficient; the whole stay was fantastic.
And there are at least 2 excellent bar/restaurants near by.

If there was one thing that could be improved on was the existence of the portable safe. Please screw it down so people can’t steal the safe and all its contents.

We showed up here at 4am after almost 20 hours of flights and they got us into a room for the night. After checking out at 11AM, we went up to the cafe on the 5th floor and got a variety of dishes (vegetable fritters, potato parantha, malai paneer bhurji, the grilled vegetable and cheese sandwich, and masala chai) and it was all delicious! The staff are all very friendly and polite. We would happily come back here and have no regrets!

Fantastic experience overall. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous and the food is also excellent at the pantry.

I particularly like the fact that you can walk to main CBD areas from this location.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff were very courteous and cooperative. The location is ideal for central Bangalore. Mr.Amith Krishna in particular was there to clarify and help on any issue. I would recommend Bloom Rooms to all my friends and family.

Had a pleasant experience with the ambience and the staff. The food is delicious and plentiful and our service at breakfast, Mr. Ratan was very polite and helpful. Bloom rooms never disappoint!

From the moment of check in - I could sense everything should be in order here.

THEY ARE ALL FOR CUSTOMERS. Thinking about even slightest of the issue a customer can face.

Booking was online. seamless. SO was check in.

They do not waste anything. Their chat system is awesome. Everything is so much thought about & in place. They don't give you towel, dental kit, shaving kit - but they give it if you just mention on the chat. Sustainable - because many people otherwise waste so many things.

Compact rooms. Amazing spread of breakfast. Changes everyday. Good sumptuous food.

Only 1 issue I found - almost no space to open up the suitcase. Maybe it could be on purpose - their target segment could be business traveller for short duration.

I enjoyed my time at Bloomrooms @ City Centre. The hotel has great facilities, the room was very comfortable and it was very clean overall. The location of the hotel, being in the city centre, is excellent.

I found though that the staff was not too polite. Also, they gave me the list of prices for laundry and I was not aware that they would do pressing as well (extra cost) and it was unavoidable when requesting laundry service.

I feel this should have been conveyed from the beginning. The breakfast is alright. The first day it was really great, I loved the cold coffee they provided, the rava upma was amazing and they provided me with really nice masala dosas on request. However, the second time, there was not cold coffee offered, only plain dosas (masala dosas not available), poha instead of rava upma (and it was just ok). Overall, I enjoyed very much my time here, however, the cost is on the expensive side.

The hotel is on a prime location, coupled with great amenities, really friendly and helpful staff and cleaned rooms. Would certainly recommend to someone who’s considerate about super clean rooms and great service.

Rooms were clean and their service was good. They were accommodating to all our request and were kind and friendly to us. It was in a good location too.

Excellent service staffs and hotel food was very hygienic. Cafe staff Mr. Ratan was so polite and friendly.

The location was nice and the receptionist Md. Gufran was also helpfull and friendly. The staff members were helpful to our every requests. The stay was comfortable.

The rooms are crisp clean and very economically priced. They have very good vegetarian restaurant. In room food service takes and bit of time though the food is very good, one may want to order slightly in advance. Location too is excellent. We chose this one due to its vicinity to KBA stadium.
