Waiting Hall for General, Ladies and Reserved were located on the left side of the Platform No. 1 beside the bridge walk...

Station is good but it should be upgraded and good to see it's getting upgraded.toilet facilities need to be improved more.

Very clean railway station. Complex is available just outside of the Station.

The junction is a small one with 3 platforms. There is one staircase and a lift is available. The installed lift is a different one. You will enter from one side and the exit is on the opposite side - 2 way doors available. Good for senior people and wheelchairs possible as lift is a large one with space available. The help desk is there, waiting room, washrooms for both normal and disabled people.
There is a restaurant available with milkshakes, fast-food, veg and non veg, snacks, drinks, lassi diff types. The restaurant is available on the first platform (left corner once inside the station platform) near the lift.

Located 20km from Kakinada this place is one of the major railway station to reach any other souther places in India. Clean and neat but not so big station as it's located in a tire 2 town. Bus stop is opposite to this place and one will get good amount of sweet shops near to this place.

One of the main junction Kolkata - Chennai Rly route. Shopping area and Bus stand out side of gate. All are situated near the station.
