Hello All
This is Venkatanarayana, I came from a corner village in Kdapa Dist, till B.Sc I have completed all my academics in Telugu medium. I joined with GIPS family in the year 2004, the very first day I had given self-introduction session in front of my MCA classmates. My classmates asked me since you came from B.Sc MPC background do you have any idea about the Computer or any basics about the same..? I have replied to them sorry I don’t have any idea about computer’s even I haven’t touched keyboard till now, if get chance I’m eager to touch keyboard today itself. As I came from non-computers background some of my classmates have suggested me to join M.Sc. First month itself I wasn’t happy about my understanding level of daily classes; I have decided to quit MCA, our college director Vijay sir and Jyothi mam has given valuable suggestions to me with that I have realized and decided to complete MCA in first class. I have completed my post graduation in Master of Computer Applications from Geethanjali Institute of PG Studies during the year 2004-07. I have started my IT career in the year 2007 with a small IT firm in Bangalore and then I have joined with IBM. I’m currently working as an Associate Manager – IT Application Operations with Vodafone India Services Pvt Ltd. I’m here because of Geethanjali IPS, frankly speaking in case if I was not studied in GIPS, I may not be in this position. There is a lot to tell about the college, management, infrastructure, teaching and non teaching staff.
