Nice hotel&good stay. Staff is good hotel is neat and clean

This Hotel is on the Way to Araku. Its Awesome hotel and we liked it, The Hotel has Lift Facility, Room Service, Free WIFI and The rooms are very clean & neat, The Hotel is accessible to all prime shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food at Restaurant is very tasty and reasonable. There is a place called Punyagiri which is just 2 KMs from this hotel which has water falls and also good for Trekking. Another attraction near by this hotel is a Reservoir called Thatipudi which is 11 KMs from this hotel, Thatipudi Reservoir has Boat ride. Overall I am happy with the stay and I would recommend this Hotel to all the Tourists who are visiting Araku.

The Hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. We have stayed in Suite Room, it's very spacious, luxurious and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and guided throughout our stay. Provided a great room service. The good thing is they have a restaurant called Quality Inn in ground floor, the food is very good. Overall experience was Super. I will recommend this hotel to every couple and families.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my visit to araku, this hotel on the way to araku n this hotel is not a 3 star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! The room service by boys were good. The restsurent at ground floor serves all varieties of food including chinese n tandoori.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, The hotel was lovely and clean, hotel staff friendly and helpful. We have asked for a Cab & Got it for very reasonable price. It take us to a Araku & All locations, view point in the night we came back and the next day we went to Borra caves. Wi Fi at this hotel was good enough, The food is available till 11:00 night. Even getting soups & roti, naan etc in the Restaurant. Overall I am very much satisfied with the hospitality and food....

Excellent! place to stay with affordable room prices. Suit room is very nice! and clean to stay with family. Rooms are kept in very clean condition. Food is very delicious and hygienic with reasonable prices. One will be spoiled for choices.

When I visited to India I stayed here during my trip to Araku. I will visit again and recommend this place to all my friends.

On the flip side, they could have improved the room service. A bigger parking space will help to improve the comfort level.

I honestly agree that this lodge which is located at a
beautiful junction is really nice and hygiene. Recently I stayed with my family enroute to Araku on a holiday trip. My wife and kids really enjoyed with all facilities like TV, clean bathrooms with hot water and so many. Thanks to all serving staff, very humble and polite. 🙏

Nice Accommodation coupled with Committed staff this is what I would say regarding my Stay at Ushasree Residency
This hotel is on the way to Araku. this is not a 3 star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. The Staff is very helpful in providing the Food & giving the information. A true sample of excellent hospitality! The Room service by boys were good. The Restaurant at Ground floor serves All varieties of food including Chinese & tandoori. Non Veg Biryani is very Yummy!

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious. Well maintained and hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Ushasree Residency hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew. Its located center of the city. Can get service till 11:00 which is awesome. Very pleasent place to stay. Appreciating the management and staff for their hospitality and facilities with reasonable price.

Surprised and happy with Amazing accomadation at S.kota. The suite room is very spacious and with good ambience. Not but the least the service is really good. We have visited near by places Punyagiri, thatipudi. Early Morning drive from s.kota to Araku in chilled morning was memorable. Thank you Uashasree Residency for memorable trip.

Hotel staffs are really good, polite attitude. Rooms are nice, well decorated. Room service is too good. Stayed for 1 night during Araku Tour. Will visit again.

It was a nice experience with lodging and boarding. Hospitality was also good. Especially the suit rooms, very comfortable and spacious. They keeps the floor and wash room very clean and also they will guide different places to visit near by residency.

I have good experience with the Ushasree Lodge, I have stayed two times there when a I had visited Araku & Borra Caves located in the beautiful Eastern Ghats with my friends as well as with my family. Maintenance and Room service is very good, rooms are very clean & tidy and the staff were attended immediately to our call. I can strongly recommend to stay at Ushasree Lodge/S.Kota instead of Visakhapatnam to save the money and also time to reach the Araku.

The room are very neat and clean well maintained, Just on the main location of Skota . Easy access to nearest visiting places like punyagiri ,Thatipudi Dam and boating ,Borracaves . Restaurant available down stairs with room services available ,WiFi ...All that we need on travel...what else ... at Very less price....Go ahead enjoy ...
