Very near to Delta-1 Metro station. The project is comming up well though bit delayed. Omaxe ITC will provide much needed place of stay for people participating in different functions held at ExpoMart and other events in Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway. They have collaborated with AmericInn, home stay brand owned by one of the largest US based hotel groups Wyndham. The office spaces in ITC are very small, not sure what purpose they are supposed to serve, apart from brokers of different real estate firms opening their office here. Shops should do good though most of them are small in size. With the logistic hub comming up at Dadri and transport hub comming at Boraki, ITC's significance will increase further especially since both of those hubs is planned to be connected by metro, but that is a good 5-7 years from now.

Many options now .you can go for your household shoping as well as for some tasty food . Restuarants are there for North Indian food lover .Apart from this my new favourite place The Burger Company, perfect place for having fun time with your family while having yummy 😋 burgers and shakes and much more .

Conveniently located complex with good design and enough parking space.

It is a very good place just near the Delta 1 metro station of Noida - Greater Noida metro.
Here you will find Gym, Retail Store, Coffee Shops, Salon, Pharmacies, Restaurant etc. In front of this mall there is Samrat Mihir Bhoj Park (popularly known as City Park) where you can visit after having shopping here in in Omaxe India Trading Center.

In future this Omaxe ITC will have hotel, suits etc also.

This is complex has definitely a good future for sure. Many to my known friends has buy the property.
Also, now I have seen that many store were open here.

As of now mostly shops are vacant but It will be fully occupied soon.

ITC OMAXE is no1 commercial property ,well located in greater noida.Shops here will have clients from alpha2 resisdents near it as well as from other areas .this has food court also.also thee are more than 1000 studio apartments. people residing in these will also use the shops annd food court.there wiil be atm also.this will be a self contained complex with hotel americinn managing the comercial portion of studio apartments and will provide a economy hotel for touroists coming to greater noida.With airport coming up and F1 GAMES TRACK ,NIGHT SAFARI IN PIPE LINE this location will be most sought after for quality loving people.The exhibition complex,plenty of university and colleges around,maals like venis mall and connaught place malls ,oMAXE ITC and this location will prove a great destination .The beautiful Greater noida CITY PARK iS OPPOSITE TO ITC OMAXE which makes it a great visiters destination !Once greater noida developments picks up with government ,this will be a location lovable like like JUHU in MUMBAI.....OMAXE ITC GREAT CONSTRUCTION QUALITY ,DESIGN and not to be missed Greatset LOCATION ,LOCATION,LOCATION......
