The best bank I have ever experienced. Staff is so polite and help ful specially neeraj Bajaj who is on query desk in dwarka branch. He is really helpful and polite person I have seen in any bank ..I always want my account to be active with this bank . Thankyou so much standard chartered bank for you amazing services

Prashant suryawanshi is sitting in the teller section is gem of a person, he saw me waiting for other executive and quickly helped in in whatever way he could. He is polite and very approachable person. Had a great experience banking with him.

This feedback is for Prashant who works in SC's Dwarka branch. He was very professional, polite and emphatic of my situation. He was the only one who seemed genuinely concerned about my problem and very kindly and proactively tried to resolve it. My experience with SC has been terrible over the last few years but and I wish your other staff learns from Prashant the absolute basics of customer service. He is a STAR, an asset to your company and deserves the reconciliation.
