Hotel Aira

During my stay, I had the unfortunate experience of misplacing my beloved golden earring. However, I reached out to the hotel management in the hopes that they might have come across it during the cleaning process. The response from the hotel management was beyond impressive, they also took immediate action to address my concern. They initiated a thorough search, paying close attention to detail. I was overjoyed when the hotel staff had located my missing earring. The relief and gratitude I felt at that moment cannot be adequately expressed in words. They promptly returned it to me, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. They have earned my trust and loyalty, and I am incredibly grateful for their outstanding efforts. Thank you, hotel management, for your exemplary service and your honesty.

The outside view is not nice. Rooms are comfortable. Good service.
But bedspreads need to be cleaner. There are less options for vegetarians in vijaywada. We opted for this hotel because it's near the Benz circle. Private buses have a stop near this circle.

Its a normal 2 star hotel. Dont expect too much. Breakfast is complimentary and limited items are there. In live counter you can get dosa & omlette. Room service is good but food is expensive. Overall decent stay.

A beautiful property to stay in heart of Vijaywada. Rooms are quite big. Washroom is of adequate size. Rooms have got all amenities. Breakfast spread is good with delicious items on serve.

It was a Wonderful experience at Aira Hotel. Good Service and excellent ambiance. Am most impressed by the entire staff and Manager Mr. Vamsi behavior. Overall experience was very good and we enjoyed.

Good hotel at reasonable price in good location. Staff(including vallet parking driver and room boys) are well mannered and professional. No one bothers you for tips. Excellent food at restaurant, though little expensive and additional items to menu can be added. Rooms and lobby are clean and well maintained. Not strict with check-out timings. Perfect hotel for family stay in Vijayawada. Thanks to hotel and restaurant staff for making our stay happier in Vijayawada.

Hotel Aira has wonderful well maintained rooms with good lighting and amenities. Kohinoor restaurant is also good, however bit pricey. However quantity and quality is good which can adjust the price issue. Food tastes good.
Service wise all departments gave good service. Fully satisfied with Aira.
Location is very close to all malls and restaurants, however the immediate front of hotel has panshop and tea stall which seems to be the favorite spot for youth smokers till latenight. No one bothers you though however it would be a concern for few guests who are non smokers.

This is my second visit to the hotel along with family in suite room. Both the stays have been very good. Been to many hotels including Taj Gateways. But this hotel is no less . All basics are ensured correct. Very good ambience. Very higenic. The front desk reception is very excellent Hospitality is also good. We have requested to extended hours due to travel timings.they have cordially accepted. Mr. Kiran Chakravarthy the front desk is exceptional, understanding and cordial hospitality. Thanks to him. The buffet breakfast needs improvement. Less varieties. Overall strictly recommended at heart of the city .

Excellent stay and hospitality. I appreciate the staff for maintaining good standards. We loved the breakfast. Breakfast options are good, fruits and juices are also available which is great! Food quality and taste are awesome. Every inch of the rooms and restaurant are neatly maintained. Rooms are spacious with WiFi. Overall we had a pleasant stay. It was worth every penny paid.

Room size was perfect with all the amenities and hygiene was maintained with perfection. Entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very delicious and served hot.
