Hotel Iravati Chamba

Neat and clean hotel at the heart of the city (the next building houses District Collector's office!).
They have their own parking, which is mostly encroached (for want of a better word) by visitors in the next door government offices.
Desk manager is very attentive and helpful. The only downside of the hotel is their restaurant. The food wasn't up to the mark, neither delicious nor quality.

The rooms and location are great. Connected to main localities of chamba.
The food was delicious as well.

Parking can be a small problem rest is good.

Although we did not stay at the main hotel we went to the restaurant for lunch. Most of the places around are extremely local and unhygienic but this place is very clean co-ordinated amd serves you fresh food. The food was tasty and not super oily or spicy which was a great point compared to all other food places we explored in dalhousie and chamba. The service was very quick and variety good to. In the heart of the city hotel irawati is a great place if you are going to chamba.

A government cozy hotel situated a prime location. Maximum tourist spots are walking distance from the hotel. View from balcony is awesome. Bathroom was large. The room was spacious & clean. Staff was cordial. I found smart tv first time in hotel. They don't have lift facility. Food quality was good and tasty. Price is little high.

We are staying at Iravati and I must admit that we loved this place. It is situated at a prime location .I would say its in heart of Chamba. its 2 story property without lift. The Staff is polite,hardworking and always ready to give you best service. Food Price is budget friendly and food quality is good. We are here with my parents.
they don't eat garlic and chef is so kind to prepare the food without garlic for us.
Rooms are really specious and view is amazing.
I would definitely recomond this place if you are visiting chamba . walkable distance from market and Chaugan.

The most lovely part of the hotel is the view from balcony and the hotel interior gives the vibe of antiquity...

Best in Chamba town to Stay. Enjoy front view of hotel is stunning and you can see Chogan (Ground-1). That is awesome. But need to order your meal at least twice or thrice at service phone line or counter... In staff few are cooperative and rest I don't know.

Honesty is the best policy- will come back to this point.
We booked two rooms on floor 4, the Cleanness, interiors, Beds washrooms were amazing. Food tasted like we're eating at home.

The most amazing part of our stay was their honesty and dedication to service. My friend's gold ear stud was lost somewhere in the hotel room but we realised this whe we checked out and left for Chandigarh. After a few days he got a call from HP number and the person on the other side said "Sir can we have your address? We've found your lost ear stud and we want to post it to your address."

I would have given them more stars if there was option to do so. They not only provided good hospitality, also they won our hearts.

Go there 'befikar'(without any doubt)

One of the old hotels by the Himachal Pradesh states department. It's better to reserve your rooms online in tourist season. Situated at centre of the town and behind the old bus stop, it provides best stay at reasonable price. The rooms have good views, timely room services, heaters in winters, hot water in washrooms; a common TV Hall, restaurant and conference room. One can like the authentic chambiyali food served by the restaurant (particularly, chamba madhra if you have sweet tooth). Taxi stand is nearby to hire a vehicle to go around. Popular tourist destinations like the bhuri Singh Museum and Laxmi Narayan temple is at walking distance.

Good hotel run by state tourism department. Located adjacent to Chamba choultery. Good food 👌👌

Hotel managed by Govt of HP, A LIMITED food available but testy food, hot kettle not available in rooms, food very testy and cheapest, one of the best hotel in chamba central location nice location, staff very polite
