I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite hotel property, and it exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to Ms Mani for coordinating our stay and making a very spl occasion for me & my husband even more memorable. The room was well decorated along with. a delectable cake arranged by her which will always be super special.
Impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and attention to detail set it apart. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered breathtaking views. The staff's professionalism and warmth made my stay truly memorable. From the fine dining options to the spa facilities, every aspect exuded excellence. I highly recommend this for an indulgent and unforgettable experience.

I visited this property for the third time, and it was great as usual. All the facilities and amenities were top-notch. Loved the stunning view from our terrace. The stay was very comfortable, with a lavish breakfast spread. Most of all, I appreciate the hospitality of the staff the most. The service was absolutely outstanding, and the staff made all efforts to make our stay fun and memorable! Special thanks to Vidhi from the front office team for being so responsive and resolving the issue. Greatly appreciate her help.

Nothing short of a palace, you'll feel like a royal not just because of the beautiful structure but the special treatment by the hotel staff and management. Every room is designed to perfection. The large property includes a beautiful green organic garden, a game zone, running area and also cycling. It is indeed a relaxed luxury away from the noise and the humdrum, you will never want to leave this place. If you want to slow down and pamper yourself this is your rendezvous.

My hotel experience was exceptional, offering a comprehensive array of amenities tailored to travelers' needs. The establishment's five-star rating is undeniably justified by its top-notch quality. The interior strikes a perfect balance between inviting ambiance and practicality, while the attentive and professional staff, clad in attractive orange uniforms, consistently exceeded guest expectations.

Although the room was compact, it was well-suited for a short stay, boasting superb furnishings and impeccable presentation. The cleanliness and maintenance of both the linen and bathroom were exemplary.

Their breakfast selection showcased a delightful mix of local specialties and international dishes. Furthermore, the hotel's culinary offerings, including multiple meals I indulged in, were consistently fresh and mouthwateringly delicious.

I have stayed at multiple ITC hotels and other leading hotels/resorts and I would like to rate my recent trip to ITC Grand Bharat as AWESOME. More than just the property itself (which is huge, nature rich and Royal including extended activities like kid zone, tons of games, bi-cycling, etc), it was an amazing experience and level of hospitality we received. I was there with my family to celebrate special occasion. All the staff and team member extended their help to best possible level to make our special day amazing.

Special thanks to Dipshika who made all arrangements for making our occasion special (including handmade cards by staff members, kids arrangement, delicious cake, balloon decorations, etc).

Also very nice of Neha mam and Himanshu (from restaurant team) to go beyond the call of duty and making the food and dining an experience especially when traveling with family. They genuinely wanted to serve us to top of their ability !

Property was also awesome. I would definitely recommend this place for all who loves luxurious vacation and hospitality to visit this property once.

At ITC Grand Bharat, Gurugaon , culinary excellence reaches new heights under the guidance of the incomparable Chef Shashank. It's evident that Chef Shashank not only understands the science behind cooking but also possesses an innate sense of creativity that sets him aside.
My experience to ITC became a memorable one because of him. While having lunch, he specifically visited each table and talked to us. We told him about our preference of Dal Makhni and he took it to another level.
Chef Shashank, went out of his way and made sure Dal Makhni was present at the buffet at night BUT he also prepared a special coal infused Dal Makhni. This was something that I have no words for. It is a dish one cannot find anywhere.
In a world where mediocrity often prevails, Chef Shashank stands as a beacon of excellence.
In conclusion, dining at ITC Grand Bharat, Gurugaon is not just a meal—it's an unforgettable journey guided by the masterful hands of Chef Shashank.

Awesome property with beautiful rooms. Loved the place, the hospitality. Mr. Partab in F&B was great, the guards on the main entrance are very helpful and offer to take the best shot of the facade of property. The extra sporting activities were great, tennis, basketball, pool, etc. We had a good memorable time there.

We stayed here for a couple of days for Christmas and had an exceptional experience. The start was a bit bumpy with checkin and bar but when we provided the feedback, Ms. Mattu and her team sprung into action and took care of every small detail to make sure that our experience was phenomenal. The property lives up to the ITC standards of grandeur and hospitality. The suites are spacious and well maintained with a sophisticated but traditional decor. The food was excellent as well with the team taking care of us our every craving. The evening Puja is a nice touch as well. The property is vast to just walk and explore the grounds on cool winter days. I can’t wait to be back !

The property is amazing and the staff is very generous and helpful. They take good care of the guests and will highly recommend everyone to come and have a great hospitality experience!! Farman is very helpful and take care of all the needs !!

The stay was nice and comfortable. The food was also great. The staff in general are very nice. Farman and Kunal provided excellent room service.

Rooms cleaning was done great and staff is very proactive. Farmaan did a great job! The property is perfect for a relaxing lavish stay when you need the much needed break from city hustle bustle. Great work Farmaan!

I used the private dining services of the property, and had a great time for the occasion I was celebrating. Staff was really good all throughout from the planning to execution phase. Curation of the custom and personalized menu that translated to the 4-course meal was definitely the highlight. Would highly recommend this cosy set-up to anyone celebrating something special.
Property is pet-friendly and while we could not travel with our pet, the staff made sure they understood our needs for the same.

From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. Deepak Pandey's attentive service made every aspect of my stay seamless and delightful. His dedication to ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction was truly commendable. His personalized attention to detail ensured that every need was not just met but anticipated even before I could ask.

The hotel itself is a gem, boasting elegant interiors, impeccable cleanliness, and top-notch amenities. Whether it was indulging in a sumptuous meal at the in-house restaurant or relaxing in the luxurious rooms, every experience was marked by a sense of luxury and comfort.

We came to ITC Grand Bharat for the 3rd time. It’s indeed the best resort and we love everything about this property. All the staff especially from the F&B are remarkable. Special Thanks go to Chef Amit he is an asset to the hotel. He just know, how to take care of the kids and provided the best nutritious food during our entire stay of 5 days. Traveling with 3years and 4years old toddlers made us stress-free as we had no stress about their food demands. They were always fed with the best. Chef Amit is so humble, polite, professional and never forgot to follow up with us. During our last stay in December 2022 to January 2023 he was absolute helpful and took great care of us. Chef Amit is the major reason we wanted to visit ITC Grand Bharat again this year for the family holiday.

My sister and I, travel from USA every year in December to celebrate New Years with our parents along with our toddlers. It’s because of the care and warmth we received through Chef Amit and the team of food service we visited this property again. It’s literally a home away from home for us now. Thanks you Chef Amit for all that you do for your guests and the hotel. Never met any professional and passionate person like you :)
