This branch is not in the main market. it is located in the end of sector 20. before merge with UBI was coperative bank i think.

Very burst experience. I Give her (staff member who is on the seat for doing transfer)a cheque to RTGS at 1.30PM, she said now is lunch time your RTGS will done at 3.00 pm, I say ok, but now 6.00 pm still my transaction is not did by her. Very very poor service.

The worst customer service experience I had, never answered the question properly and also never picks up the telephone.

Staff specially on seat of adhaar updation. That madam was very rude and illmannered behaviour. Don't want to update adhar of kids. Pathetic behaviour. Worst experience.

Why do we believe in government agencies.. probably because they work according to books.
They can't be biased .
They can't take their work for granted.
At the same time, I don't expect very good customer service or a soft speaking skills from a government bank employee. Probably they have much more of load of work.
But atleast as an old customer or as a human being, can we expect these people to be human. Its been years we are getting harrassed by the employees of sector 20 branch - union bank of india. (Just merged with union bank and earlier it was corporation bank). Earlier the staff and branch manager were really good and atleast answerable to us as a customer.
The facility in this branch now is totally rude, In human... answering calls is not in their history and dare confront them on face - you can even be asked to get shut up... orelse client can even b thrown out of the branch. Though we didn't let this extent to happen but these guys are insane.
Really want to know our rights being a customer to a government bank. Its not the right way.
Sector 20 branch specially is not recommended at all.
