Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Alkapuri, Vadodara - Located in the Heart of the City

The hotel has great aesthetics, beautiful artwork. It's lawns are well maintained, the rooms are spacious. The bathroom fittings and fixtures require repairs though. The staff are hospitable and helpful.

Great hotel for a family stay. Location was ideal as it was closer to the places we planned to visit locally. Breakfast buffet had variety of options both for Indian and Continental fare.
The staff at the restaurant also took care of individual request outside of what was in the buffet.
Rooms are nice and stay was comfortable. The staff at the hotel is very responsive and do make the stay comfortable.
On a side note, they do have a wine shop on premises and one of the staff member helps out with the tedious permit process (Gujarat is a dry state ) to make life easy for the guests. We would certainly stay here again.

Excellent service, amazing hospitality, very good hotel centrally located in the heart of Vadodara. Worth a visit when in Vadodara. Specially mentioning Akash, Tulsi, Dipayantu, Dev at Front Office, Nishikanta, Dalvir, Tasnim at Cambay Cafe and the Bell desk person (forgot the name). Thank you very much for the wonderful experience.

Dinner at Peshawari:

1. Very good food.
2. They do not provide spoons for eating so as to encourage eating with fingers. (This is good)
3. One side of table has sofas, the other is provided with stools. (This can improve)

From the cleanliness of the rooms to the food in Cambray. Everything was excellent. Nothing was too small to ask for. If you fancy a break from Indian food, the pasta is excellent!

We have received absolutely fantastic service, the food was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us, especially Seema kulkarni was extremely friendly and helpful.I would definitely give her five stars.

The food we have here were very delicious and tasty. Peshwari is really very good. The staff named Manvendra and Nitish served the food to us with their happy faces. Mr. Dilver welcomed us with a nice smile. Really loved the food. Would like to visit again for food.

Chef gajanand went above and beyond to help us at breakfast. He looked after us despite being very busy.

Captain ashfaq was very help full in breakfast we enjoyed the stay

This is the signature of the Welcome Group. They nailed it. The best services, food, and ambience are just speechless. Went after many years, but the aura remains the same. The food, especially the custard with fruits, was amazing. My friend had been served fried fish and chicken as well.

Dined at iconic Peshawri. Lip smacking food as always - Dal Bhukhra and Paneer Khurchan were delicious!

Dalvir ji and team were extremely warm and welcoming. They made us very comfortable and it was a fantastic experience overall.

One of the best place to stay at Vadodara. Like all other ITC hotels, this hotel does not disappoint you. This is located at Alkapuri at a very prime location. The property is huge and well maintained. The check in process was smooth. The staff was polite and very accommodating. The rooms were big in size. The pool area was a good setup. A fitness centre is present here. However it was too small and cramped up for space. Complimentary breakfast were served at Peshawari restaurant located in the basement. They also have a licensed wine shop in the ground floor. Overall a great stay experience, would surely visit again.

Hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Breakfast has a variety of options for everyone. Rooms were very cozy, with routine room service. Highly recommended to check this out.

Had an excellent stay at WelcomHotel, Alkapuri at Vadodra. The overall experiences was really nice. House keeping staff gave superb service and assisted us in all our needs. Special mention about Mr. Sanjay Sawant, Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Imran who were available all the time and assisted us with all our needs and requirements.

Also, Ms. Seema, Mr. Alok and Mr. Vipul were helpful during check in and check out. They even assisted with some local guidance during our stay.

Must stay hotel in Vadodara.

They say Dal Bukhara of their Peshawari Restaurant is out of this world. I found it satisfying too.
