This location and Anjali are absolutely fantastic. I often order for flowers, chocolates, and Cakes for my in-laws back home. I used to do it over the website and just tracking my order, I ended up talking to this lovely lady who has been so helpful and generous for my orders. She made sure that the orders went out in timely manner. She made sure that she rectify for the goof up that was made the very first time I called her up for. I would totally recommend this location. Their arrangements are absolutely great. None of the edibles according to in-laws were old. Thank You Anjali and Ferns and Petals team

A pleasant coincidence! I happened to call the contact no just ten minutes before closing down and when I got in touch with the owner mrs.anjali she was absolutely cooperative to cater as per the requirements and availabilities. I finally ordered for jade and succulent vases to gift my sis n bro in-law who turned out to be neighbours with the owner....this made it even more comfortable for me since I was ordering from another location.. overall it was a blissful experience to have someone patiently and humbly seeking out to get the most appropriate order done.

I had excellent experience with FNP. I wanted to send flowers and cake to wife at her office since it was her Birthday. I called up FNP and I was attended by Anjali, she was very professional and kind to suggest great options. I sent 3 bouquets every hour and FNP team made it happen and my wife was very happy with the gesture. Strongly recommend!
