Royale Retreat - Luxury Hotel In Shimla

The front desk staff provided exceptional assistance, exhibiting a pleasant and soft-spoken approach with clients. The entire staff was outstanding, and the room stood out for its cleanliness, hygiene, and spaciousness. The hotel's close proximity to key city tour points was a notable advantage. Our stay from December 9 to 11 was fantastic, with the food being of excellent quality. If you're in Shimla, a visit to this place is highly recommended. I trust this review proves beneficial. Our week-long stay felt like a home away from home, thanks to the staff treating us like family. A heartfelt thanks to everyone for their remarkable hospitality. Kudos to all of you.

Services provided by Front Desk Staff (specially Mr. Nihaal) was exceptionally good. Smooth check in and check out was ensured by him having a polite and courteous attitude. Rooms were neat and well maintained. Food quality and taste needs to be taken care of. F&B staff needs to be a little empathetic. Overall a comfortable stay with an accessible location and facilities.

We group of 10 Sherpas from the Himalayan Kingdom ( Nepal- Mount Everest Region) overnight in this Beautiful’ Luxury Hotel. We enjoyed our stay here very much here. Service was Excellent, Food was Great, Staff were very friendly, Room's were very worm. We wish all the a best for up coming days.

The location is just perfect overlooking some breathtaking views.
The staff went out if their way to make us (4 senior citizens) comfortable. Right from Sumit, the MD to the hotel staff - Shweta, Rohit and Dev all made sure we had a fabulous stay.
A must visit for anyone going to Shimla.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days . The hotel location is perfect near to the mall road. The room is very clean with new stylish amenities. The manager Rohit and receptionist Shweta very very cordial in welcoming us and helped us plan our site visit. Great place you will not be wrong in staying here.

I had an wonderfull stay here with my family. We got interconnected rooms which allowed all of us to stay together.

It was great experience with Royal Retreat. We stayed for 3 days with our 2.4 year boy. From March 02 to 05. Room with great view of Alps and mountains.Great food ( Roti was so nice)and Great staff service with reception . Very clean rooms and luxury feels.Highly recommended to everyone.

Stayed at the Royal Retreat for 3 nights, the food, the rooms and the services were excellent. The location was only a walk away from The Mall. The reception and the staff were very nice too. Also, i got to celebrate my birthday at the hotel, it was heartwarming

This place is very safe . All the staff members are cooperative and supportive. Ambience of this place made it more enjoyable. Especially Mr. Rohit and Mr. Deb were really supportive and very nice.

Had a wonderful experience staying at royal retreat.
It was a short stay but we were overwhelmed by the warmth and swiftness of the service and the hospitality of the entire staff.
Highly recommend for families and couples.

We booked this hotel for travel in January’24 with the advance payment however due to bad weather our flight got canceled last minute and we couldn’t make it to Shimla.
We communicated our cancellation on the last day and they surprisingly agreed to refund the advance amount. Inspite of having low tourist season this year (due to no snow) the hotel kindly proceeded the refund without any follow ups.
When we plan Shimla again we shall definitely consider this hotel.

The stay was cosy. My family felt very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can cover entire Mall Road on foot .
They have hassle free parking as well.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in shimla. Room's are very good. Mainly it's servicing, cleaning and each and every employees behaviour is excellent. What to say about breakfast food items are very 😋. If anyone is planning to visit shimla, I will suggest you to stay here. Thank you. 👍
