After sale services are useless and they won't fulfill their guarantee/ warenty, promise..even after repeated calls

My sofa leg is broken and it's still broken... They are not interested in fixing properly... Threads broken all within a year.

So don't trust when they say warranty guarantee etc...

They have cheated me. Don't buy any product from them. They committed 10 years warranty and sofa and at the time of service they denied to serve. Take warranty in written from them if u already bought any product from them.

I had purchased Dining table with a note on guarantee and warranty.

I had complained about damaged chairs within a month, and owner ignored and did not responded. Now he is claiming that they do not support purchase for one year old items.

Owner is making fool and do not support after sales services.

Beware before purchasing.

This is the worst furniture shop in Vadodara city. Mr Mitesh (owner) is very rude and non cooperative person. I purchased a sofa and a revolving chair. At the time of purchase, Mr Mitesh told me its an guaranteed item and told us that it will last for at least 5 years. After very first year, the rexin of the revolving chair worn out from all the places. When I asked the shop owner to mend it or help to rectify, he clearly denied to do anything. He said we need to throw this chair out of the house as its not repairable!! He blatantly said few furniture items in my shop are like this only and he can't do anything in it. Infact almost all the items in his showroom is of worst quality (looks good but made of cheap quality items). The tapestry of the sofa set is also tearing off at multiple places. Please don't ever buy anything from Om Furniture. They are bloody thieves. If you really care for your money, totally avoid Om Furniture. The positive reviews here are most of owner's kith and kin. Please avoid those reviews and this furniture shop as well.

We have booked furniture some how during measurement we found furniture will not set in drawing room. While we have approch for refund of Rs500 which was given in advance they have refused to refund and talk very rudely and inform us that they don't need client like us. When such owner is not able to refund only 500 RS think what service he will give in future???? Not advisable at all to purchase anything from there. I am really lucky that only 500 RS gone.
