Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown

I've been a regular at this property for a few years now and have always found the experience amazing. Despite it now being a relatively old property, the upkeep has been immaculate and so has been the staff. Mohit (F&B), in particular, is a great guy who understands hospitality and his job very well. A pleasing boy, he always makes sure that my preferred food choices are available and offered at meal time. I've observed him attending to others guests too and he's an affable character who is prompt with requests. I would call myself a highly discerning customer since I constantly travel for work and stay at different properties all the time. A good service should be recognized and appreciated!!!

I have stayed in this property for a couple of times and have always had great experience, rooms are clean and spacious, and service is outstanding. Staff is very helpful. Especially talking about gym trainer Vikas, he was exceptionally good and always helpful in training so that one can be fit.

Courtyard Marriott impresses with its combination of comfort and contemporary style. The rooms are well-appointed, featuring modern amenities that cater to both business and leisure travelers. The courteous staff adds a welcoming touch, ensuring a pleasant stay. The on-site facilities, including fitness centers and dining options, contribute to an overall enjoyable experience. I have stayed in the property for 3 days and I would like to add that the services of the hotel are amazing they can improvise a bit with the room
But the main agenda of writing a review here is to mention about the trainer Vikas
He is an amazing trainer and is very experienced , he guided me with the right exercise according to my body
I would suggest that during your stay in the hotel please do visit the gym and take training from Vikas

Our stay was truly enjoyable, with outstanding service marked by prompt and helpful responses from the staff. The rooms were generously spacious. Bhavna, during our seamless check-in, went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience.

The property is nicely maintained. The staff is courteous, food is decent and location is very convenient.

Best experience mostly due to wonderful , considerate and professional staff. Ms Suparna in reception was very helpful and so considerate that she arranged something for our daughters first Bday. Mr Atiq , chef , time and again took care of food needs of our baby daughter , being playful with her whildst catering to all guest. We faced no problem and enjoyed special day.

Suparna at reception was extremely wonderful and hospitable. I must say it was one of my best check in experience. Right from airport pickup to room everything was perfect. Wonderful staff, neat, clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect masala tea.
Further i will update after having dinner and breakfast.

Luxury stay with most of the amenities available. Food is very good. Location is perfect.

**Best Courtyard Hotel in the Marriott Collection**

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon, and I was very impressed with the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Front Office Manager Nikhil and Duty Manager Ankush were especially kind and responsive to my concerns. I felt like they really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The food at the hotel was also excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Indian and international options to choose from. The chef did a great job of preparing the food, and everything was fresh and delicious.

The only thing I would say is that the hotel could do a better job of accommodating families with children. There is no kids' pool or kid-friendly activities poolside. This would be a great addition to the hotel, as it would make it more family-friendly.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Mumbai.

**Special mention to Kuldeep**

I was also very impressed by the hotel's commitment to inclusion. I saw Kuldeep, a young man with hearing impairment, working in the restaurant. He was clearing tables and interacting with guests with ease. It was clear that he was a valued member of the staff.

I think it's great that the hotel is making an effort to include people with disabilities in the workforce. It's a step in the right direction, and I hope to see more hotels following suit.

**Kudos to the leadership team**

I would like to give a special kudos to the leadership team at the Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon. They have created a great hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I am confident that this hotel will continue to be successful in the future.

Despite a few flaws, I am still going for a 5 given the extraordinary service and friendly staff.

However, the rooms share a wall and one can hear noises from other rooms.

The Vibe of this hotel is awesome. It's a wonderful property . I really like this hotel because they keep organizing events and festivals hats off to Ms. Mallika for managing all events .I really liked the food and drinks at the restaurant. And even the room is quite big. Loved the property .

Rooms are nice in general and at par with most 5 stars and very clean. However service, staff response and LOCATION is excellent. My reason is it's 500 mts from Huda City Center that is the boarding point for the Delhi Metro Yellow line and has a nice pavement to walk all the way there from the hotel. It solves my most important requirement of travel for business and also for outing throughout the NCR. If you are familiar with the NCR traffic you will know why this is a critical lifeline to commute.
Also it's near several eating outlets and some upscale bars as well.
Huge shoutout to the staff in general. Very accommodating and will go above and beyond to personalise several preferences. Lounge service is again very nice and better than several Marriotts. Again the staff is very pleasant and very respectful.

Great place to be at. Great staff, service and food. Gives an adequate menu for vegetarians as well. Loved the experience overall.

Incredible room and service. Staff constantly went above and beyond.
I was sitting by myself and a little overwhelmed by the buffet options and the chef came over and made several amazing dishes for me.
Welcome snacks and lots of water.
Couldn’t improve anything.

Great service and good view to the city. VIP lounge was in 15th floor with nice view and great staffs.
Especially room division manager Venus Patni was great, made my stay very comfortable.

Edit 1- The FnB manager visited me in person and apologized for the same. There were confusion that happened on that particular day so my review below is for 1/14 days where it went bad while the other 13/14 days have been going great. The spread is amazing and I like the Jalebi counter a lot.

Initial review -
Having a very poor stay at Marriott and unfortunately it’s already booked for another 6 days so I have to continue.
The restaurant staff are really bad in managing the people. They have decent food spread but the orders take forever and they keep missing who placed what order and on what table number.
Was having high expectations but turned out to be a bad one.
They make good money from corporate employees so they really don’t care about guests.
I find them rather partial to foreigners as they prefer to host them while other guests have to suffer the delays.

Stayed for 14 days earlier as well but this time it’s pathetic.

Not recommended.

Good part is location and clean rooms.
But poor management.

Excellent staff and service. Rooms could have been slightly bigger in size, suites have very limited availability.
