Do not waste your time or money at this furniture shop. The bed and dressing table we purchased were a disaster - the back rest came with just a thin board of plywood, lumpy cushioning with visible threads, no polish at the bottom of the bed, and it looked nothing like the showroom model.
We gave a specific design for our dressing table mirror and they attached a temporary mirror assuring that they will get it exchanged, but half a year later, we're still waiting for the so-called 'modification.
I wish I could give zero stars. They've managed to turn a simple purchase into a nightmare of endless delays and broken promises. Don't waste your time or money here.Terrible service! Daily chasing and follow ups with the owner( dilawar )and delayed dates ...

Very bad experience. Poor customer service. They will deliver incomplete things and will promise to set right after delivery which will take another 6 months. And they will do it without guilt. Nor they have courtesy and acceptance about anything. Utterly bad experience

Very bad experience. I bought a customized steel cabinet. They forgot to do it and are not picking up my calls.
Both Fakruddin & Dilawar are fraud.
DO NOT PAY THEM FULL AMOUNT AT ALL.

The reviews mentioned are true to my believe, as I have been talking to this people to repair my chair which I bought 2 months back but they keep telling that they are sending the guy but that’s totally a lie. First the owner used to answer the calls but from the last 2 days he have started cutting the calls even . Not recommend at all..

Dont ever think of buying any customized furniture from here ! we are waiting for more than 2 months on a wrong order that has not been replaced yet! pathetic service and big time cheaters !

Very bad servicing i have brought sofa set with cusion but they could not give cusion and after
Six month sofa are broken ,
many telephonic conversation and while on going shop they make only hope that kal aa jayega ho jayega but still i m forgot it.

Very Bad experience with this furniture shop. Kindly don't full amount in advance, they will not come to finish the remaining work or installation. Have to beg them to come and finish the work. Pathetic service. Buy or made to order furniture pay them once you are satisfied or else be ready for headache.

Not even for one star. Highly not recommended. Highly irresponsible and unprofessional.
Don't waste your time and money on mr. Dilawar Ali. Cheater and fraud. Purchased ISO certificate WITH MONEY.

I would give 0 or in minus rating if possible.
I brought a high back chair of 2 years warranty. Got issue in chair in 6 months. I am calling from last 4 months but no service provided. Only one answer they are giving "Nikdi gayo chhe manas amaro, avto j hase bas" means (service man is about to reach you today).
Worst ever.

Totally pathetic services and also quality of the furniture is also very bad.
It was my mistake to buy from this shop. Also false promises by the owner of replacing the faulty table. Please do not buy from here Very poor service, never can be recommended

Worst furniture shop in VADODARA....
They will promise good quality but all cheap and poor quality are there.
In the name of warranty they will say that they will exchange,but they won't!!!
Worst experience in this shop!!
