The Grand Astoria Somnath

Everything was really good. Be it location, rooms, service or food. We had our best dinner in our Gujrat trip here. No soda added to food.

Excellent hotel, good service, and very nice restaurant. Only issue I faced was with mosquitos in the room and to my surprise they don't keep any mosquito repellent in entire premise.

Second time I visited Grand Astoria with family...good location.. Rooms are very specious and bathroom too... Clean rooms and bathroom.. Food is very delicious....

Staff and hotel management is very supportive.... Fast service...

Nice food and very good service. Only problem is location. It's near to nothing. You will not find any public transport.

Visited the hotel several times. Had a very comfortable stay there at all times. The staff are very courteous,ever smiling and empathetic towards the customers' needs. It's located very near to the Somnath temple and on National Highway at Veraval. The restaurant inside the hotel serves the best choices of food. This is a pure veg restaurant with ample choices if you vegetarian. Overall highly recommended for a peaceful and budget-friendly stay.

Great hotel, great food, courteous staff. There were some minor issues in the room but the staff were really quick on their feet and helped us with all our request. I would definitely recommend this property for the price.

The most loved thing about this place is the hospitality of the staff! Absolutely gem! 😊 They even dropped us to the nearest railway station when we couldn’t find any auto due to heavy rains.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms well maintained. Neat and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly . Hotel surrounded by coconut trees.
Location was 10 kms away from Somnath temple. Since we had car, didn't feel the distance was a big negative.

Fantastic place to stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very hospitable and polite and care for the guests. They not only gave us the early check-in but also allowed us to keep luggages for a day after our check out. Rooms are spacious and the food at the in-house restaurant is very good. Overall a best place to stay near Somnath.

We actually visited for a wedding function, where all the staff was on their toes to serve guests.

Rooms were spacious and clean. And so was the fire and reception area. Good parking place and a big loan with stage for any function.

My two days stay was wonderful. Location is excellent. Coconut garden view from balcony. All staffs are polite and caring, specially Sh Vijay, the ooking Manager. Some minor issues like TV remote, flush related, they solved immediately. I recommend it for a pleasent stay.

I recently stayed at the Grand Astoria Somnath, and I had the best experience. The staff was very helpful and respectful. The rooms were very comfortable and food great!
Hospitality was great. I also taught a dance workshop on their property - great space. So if your ever visiting Somnath don’t miss the chance to stay with them!

Beautiful hotel with very neat, spacious rooms. Staff are very cooperative. It's on the National Highway just beside flyover. Ample parking space is available. Lord ganesha is right in front.

Ashirvad restaurant is attached with the Grand Astoria where very nice food is available.
