HAL 2nd Stage Post Office

I visited at this post office a week ago regarding saving bank schemes, counter clerk a lady explained about the scheme briefly and able to understand everyone. Thanks to sitting across the counter was so friendly and explained about the schemes with patience.. thanks for your help

Employees are very friendly nature. I visited last week, for SB account enquiry. The lady staff who were their was explained very well about the postal schemes and benefits. I am very happy with the services.

It is nice to go on above 12 because morning time it has crowd.

The India Post ATM service is also available there along with the all services.

I went from Whitefield to that place to set the PIN of the ATM card of India Post.

It was far away but urgent.

Good service especially the lady in sb counter..she is very fast and very friendly..

Went for Aadhar enrolment of my 2 year old. Excellent Service. Polite behavior. There was no token system, just walk in and work done based on first come basis. The person sitting at Aadhar counter was patient enough to take multiple pics of my kid as she was cranky.

I experienced great quality of service. Even when I reached, server was down, but it became operational within 15 mins. All my work was accomplished within next 30 mins.

The man in the parcel counter was very calm and shows good gesture to the costumers... And does his job brilliantly... All thanks to him i was able to send my parcel successful in no time....

Slow system improvements needed

Many services provided. The staff are friendly and provided the services with courtesy.

Nearest post office to where I stay. I am a regular visitor as I send postcards often. The staff are courteous and have a good supply of stamps

As per govt. Office it is very good... All staff work very fast and clear place too.

If you have to send a parcel abroad which is more than 15kg you can do it here.

This office is generally open from 9:30 hrs to 17:30. Attached a photo of timings of specific services.

Speed post is pretty cheap compared to others. Staff is friendly for a government office.

The staff is very cooperative and efficient in work. They give quick services..
