Very good hotels I happened to stay with them in Tirupati and Gurgaon amazing staff and amazing Hotel .I am planning for trip to Manali and will stay with them since the Renest resort in Manali looks beautiful . I hope they will give me good discount as I am Renest loyal customer .

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Renest Shraddha Inn in Shirdi, and I must say it was an absolute disappointment. From the very beginning, my interaction with their representative, Rekha, left much to be desired.

I made a booking over the phone for April 6, 2023, for 5 adults and 2 kids in the Sparrow room. I was required to make an advance payment of 1000 INR to reserve the booking, which I promptly did. However, when it came time to check out, the hotel reception demanded the entire amount again. I explained to the staff that I had already made an advance payment, but they insisted that they had not received any such payment.

Naturally, I reached out to Rekha to clarify the situation, but to my dismay, she seemed completely clueless about the matter. After some back and forth, she suddenly claimed that I had taken extra services, which was a ludicrous accusation. Considering we arrived at the hotel late at 11:00 PM, went for a VIP Darshan at 6:00 PM, and checked out at 10:00 AM, there was simply no time or need for any additional services.

Eventually, Rekha agreed to refund the 1000 INR, but it took an excruciatingly long time. After waiting for 3-4 days, I inquired about the refund status, only to be met with a rude and dismissive response from Rekha. She callously stated that it would take 40 days, which I find highly unacceptable. No reputable hospitality establishment takes 40 days to process a refund, and this further demonstrates the lack of professionalism and disregard for their guests' satisfaction.

It's important to note that my grievance is not solely about the amount of 1000 INR but rather the way I was treated throughout the entire ordeal. As a guest, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, and Renest Shraddha Inn failed miserably in this regard. Their poor communication, incompetence in handling payments, and the dismissive attitude of their representative all contributed to an extremely unpleasant experience.

I feel compelled to share my review to shed light on the unacceptable practices at Renest Shraddha Inn. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this hotel to think twice and explore other options in Shirdi. It's evident that they prioritize profit over guest satisfaction, and such a lackluster approach to hospitality is simply not acceptable.
