Park Plaza Gurugram

Courteous staff, good food (less oily & delicious)..comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom in the executive suite; bathtub was shiny..right width & height..a lovely glass window next to it..letting the sun seep in...beautiful curtain in the room & living room, housekeeping well done, good quality pillows, easy parking incase you have your own vehicle.. all in all a must stay-in place 👍👍👍

I’ve stayed twice at this hotel, first time was for almost a month, and both stays were awesome. Very clean and speacious rooms (especially for the suites rooms, they’re really spacious compared to other hotels). Breakfast is alright nothing special. Service is always good and front desk are very professional. The surrounding areas are good and there’s a market within walking distance.

The staff is extremely helpful and sweet. Ms. Aditi who assisted me at the reception took the utmost care and made me feel extremely comfortable. The hospitality by her and the staff really made my stay worthwhile. The interior details in my room really made a difference and made my stay very pleasant.

I had a pleasant stay in the Park Plaza hotel. The rooms were pretty spacious and the food was decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful - especially Akshay Bansal at the reception was a delight. He assisted with my needs to run some errands and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and valued. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to the centre.

Had a comfortable stay. The suite room is quite spacious than other hotels here. Akshay was helpful in extending our stay at short notice.

Very Good Hospitality By Aditi and Tarun, really helped me with their knowledge and given checkin resolution quickly.
Breakfast was fantastic and room service is really appreciable everything requested was provided very quickly.

Amazing hotel, good location. Rooms are big and food is tasty. Thanks to Tarun at the reception, he is amazing person and made our stay very comfortable.

Nice hotel with a good Central gurgram location near the Metro station. Famous for its restaurant The Great Kebab Factory and its Midnight Biryani Buffet in the Coffee shop. Have a pool on its Terrace with a bar and restaurant also.
Have a nice backery also on the ground floor.

He understands his work well. He entertained me with his great food service. He provided me whatever I want in food with good presentation without service delay with nice smile and words. My experience was amazing. I had booked it for my birthday party. Right from explaining the entire package by the manager @poonam to the entire delivery of service was in place. I was given an excellent deal. The entire package was explained and executed with clarity. My guests were very comfortable and had an amazing time. The staff was very polite and professional and extremely forthcoming in every duty. It was all very well arranged. I highly recommend this centrally located cozy place to everyone for their private eparty for adults and kids friendly at the same time. Go for it guys. I'm supper happy and satisfied.. ❤ exceeded my expectations!!!

The hotel is cozy, warm and easily accessible. I had one of my best sleeps after a long travel. Akshay was very helpful during the checkin process. Would recommend this 10/10.

I had dinner at new town cafe in Park Plaza , Gurgaon couple of times . Really loved their hospitality and service. Taste of all the dishes I had was above expectations and Kudos to Ganesh in new town cafe who was very helpful and has provided great service during my dine - in experience.
