Narayana Hospital Gurgaon is a unique and special hospital in my opinion! I visited it recently when a family member had an emergency that needed immediate attention. It was at about 3:30 AM when he was taken to the emergency department. They attended to him with quick but calm efficiency, the specialist was called and in less than an hour the procedure was completed.and his life saved! Each and every individual working in the hospital is courteous and helpful and the whole process of one’s visit, be it consultation or lab tests or any thing else, moves smoothly with someone or the other helping you along! The best hospital in my opinion!

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff's in Narayan Health hospital were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Sumit Gahlawat Sir (Senior Consultant - Urology & Renal) really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

Its my 1st visit to this hospital for my annual health check. The facilities and scheduling for entire tests has been very good. Support extended by Vikram Giri and Vaibhav has been exceptionally good. Entire process was fast and smooth. Got my reports on the same day and post test consultations were conducting. Coming again definitely.

I chose the heart screen package for health checkup at Narayana health care. Our experience was extremely positive as the entire process was efficient and well-managed. We received prompt service, with Vikram Giri over all good experience all department very cooperative thaks to all.

The staff is really good. First they attended the patient and said we will look into the money after the emergency treatment because it is the most critical thing at that time.
Cleanliness is really good and all other staff is very polite.

X-ray and angio for 5k considering that ct angio itself costs 15k

I am visiting Narayana Superspeciality Hospital Gurugram since 2020 and it has always maintained its standard as a wonderful facility. I went there especially for Dr. Hemant Madan (Cardiologist), he has constantly been supporting me throughout my heart journey and till date he always treats me more like a family than just a patient. I recently got admitted for a critical issue, there was some problem with my prostate and urinary bladder and as I am a heart patient I was tended in the CCU(2nd floor) on Monday 5 Feb and there I was in so much pain and discomfort in the night that I highly would like to appreciate Dr. Sonia Mittal for taking care of me throughout the night and understanding all my problems. Also a big thanks to Dr. Sumit Gahlawat(Urologist) for my recent treatment.

I visited here when I slipped and fell on my back, the doctors were friendly and helpful. The front office staff could take a moment or two when someone is admitted to be a bit more understanding. Everything here requires payments in cash or a local Indian card so your visa or mastercard won't work here but there is an atm in the main entrance area where you can withdraw cash. Prescriptions will set you back a 100-200 usually, the patient registration is 300 and consultation and xray is about 3000. They have a number of specialist doctors here such as orthopaedics that will cost you about 1500 for a session.

I had a positive experience at Narayana Super Specialty Hospital, particularly with the Health Package department. The staff was exceptionally helpful throughout the process, specially Mr.Vikram Giri. They guided me seamlessly through various tests, ensuring a smooth experience. Hospital is good and less expensive than others. Nurses and staff are fully cooperative. Doctors are too good and explain things in detail. Food is quite cheap in their mess.
