I am immensely grateful to the entire medical team at Fortis Memorial Research institute for their exceptional care and expertise during my father's recent liver transplant. From the initial consultations to the post-operative care, their professionalism, compassion, and unwavering support were evident. I extend my deepest appreciation to DR. Vivek Vij for their remarkable surgical skill and to the nurses, technicians, and support staff whose kindness and expertise made my father's hospital stay as comfortable as possible. The holistic approach to patient care, coupled with the comprehensive support services provided, reflects the hospital's commitment to healing both the body and the mentality. My father's transplant journey has been made possible by their dedication, and I am forever grateful for the gift of life they have given my lovely Papa.

"I can't thank the medical team and staff at the hospital enough for their incredible support during my liver transplant Dr. Vaibhav Dr Vigas and the surgical team's expertise and dedication were beyond words. The transplant coordinator vipin and lalita were amazingly good in explaining everything and keeping me stress free. The nurses, from ( icu nurse Rajani, Harish nursing incharge Amandeep Kaur ]( 5th floor all nurses are good special Swati, Komil nursing incharge Kritika ], provided exceptional care with compassion and kindness. Icu dietician Reena and floor dietician Harshita took extremely good care of my diet according to my requirement and body needs. The diet chart was also explained properly.
Floor coordinator Ms. Purna has given me the best care during my entire stay. Entire staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning crew, Mr Wirsharbar. butlers made my stay comfortable and stress-free.

The services and hospitality were top-notch. The cleanliness of the hospital was remarkable, and the meals provided were not only nutritious but also delicious. The communication and coordination among the staff were seamless, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience.

Dr Deepti Khatuja is a fantastic dietician. She is very attentive and always gives positive feedback. I feel comfortable speaking with her.about everything. She always makes sure I have more then 10 possible solutions to my patient from out side India.
She has gives a lot of patients great recipe ideas. She had made some fantastic suggestions on how to overcome making bad decisions with our meal options. I am very grateful to Dr. Deepti for her honest guidance. Her ability to connect with our personal needs was truly appreciated.

Im staying at room no 518 in 5th floor , the staff and services provided very good .homly atmospher very carrying staff specially ketna singh thakur ,reena and incharge debala . Nice hospital .

The place is very well maintained. It does not give an impression of a hospital. The room was spacious, and they took care of heating in winter season even though it was not centrally heated. The nursing staff was polite and responded quickly to the call. The food provided was reasonably good. The most important point is that the doctors & medical staff are highly competent and their protocol of treatment showed rich experience.

It's a excellent establishment with nice building...equipment is good..nursing is good and cordial with helpyful specially 😊ketna Thakur. who is a very brilliant nurse and i recommend her to soldier her ability for higher responsibility
There are some lapses here and there in services sector.
Kritika incharge very good also .. specially dr kriplani and collegs very talented . They treated me marvelously from opd to deparcher of the hospital. The gda named Vishal handle me very carefully.

My mom had liver transplant and we had a great experience. Dr. Vij and his team at the Gurgaon are very experienced and knowledgeable. They all are very caring and ensured we were taken care. Thank you Gurgaon team and God bless!

I was admitted in signature floor 505, special thanks to Dr vivek vij and his team and also i am very satisfied with all the services provided by staffs including housekeeping staff,gda staffs and nursing staffs namely Suraksha ,tanu,Rubina,anjali ,reena and incharge kritika as well not so satisfied with food services but it’s okay they did their best. I’m gonna miss all your love and kindness Fortis.

We have been there for the past two week under Fortis Memorial research hospital in Gurugram, Department of Hematoncology, Hemato-oncology and Bone marrow transplant. Starting from the Director and head of hemat Onocology and BMT Dr Rahul Bhargava to each staff member we would love to thank and appreciate what they have done to my mom and the treatment they gave her. They are very well mannered and intelligent with their work.
Every nurse were taking care of us Nr.Minakrhi, Nr, Deepak, Nr, Pooja, Nr, Ayisha, Nr vipul, Nr veerpal, Nr Dalsha and all nurse and staff members we are very glad we went there and get the best treatment

My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this.
In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Fortis Gurgaon for me , is an institution with Superb Medical team, dedicated nursing staff and Excellent Administrative staff

Senior most team - Dr Vikas Dua and Dr Arun were themselves present to help and guide the challenging shifting of my critically ill child on oxygen support to Fortis by 10.30 pm . Their Swift actions, tests, protocols, persistent efforts by extremely knowledgeable and experience Paediatric Oncology saved us and beyond any vocabulary that can be used to thank them.

This followed by PICU team led by Dr Manish and Dr Pokhraj - and other doctors, who worked relentlessly to save my child on the night where anything could have happened. Thank you.

Angels in uniform - Mam Shikha, team, the entire nursing staff gave compassionate care when we needed it the most.All were available all the time and I got always confused for earmarked Madam as no one refused assistance for anything,,

The administrative staff made this possible by all the support that was provided

Personally time for me and family is traumatic but I thank God that I am at Fortis Ggn, and I am assured of best assistance for my child from here!!

It has been a wonderful expérience under thé guidance of Dr. Rahul Bhargave. Doctorat, nursing staff and GDA in ICU are are excellent in every aspect of their duites. I can only say it been wonderful.
