Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Kalyani Motors, Bengaluru, Mysore Road)

I visited M/s. Kalyani Motors, Nayandahalli Junction, Mysuru Road for my all New Brezza 4th service. Since, my vehicle had run 20k k.m. it's very necessary to get the proper service.

The availability of service date, approximate cost, the services carried out this time etc. were enquired over the phone. The Service executive of workshop Mr. Udaya had clarified all my doubts and clearly briefed me in this matter.

Upon taking my vehicle on the scheduled date, the service was carried out to my satisfaction. I was allowed to visit the service bay in between while carrying out the services like wheel rotation, alignment, washing etc. to get myself satisfied with the works carried. The final billing amount was almost near to the approximate amount quoted by Mr. Udaya.

I appreciate the cooperation extended by the floor Supervisor Mr. Santosh, Mr. Shivu, mechanic; Mr. Mahesh, Electrician; and of all... Mr. Udaya, Service Executive.

I would certainly recommend the Maruti owners to visit this Dealer to get best services.

Shweta one of the sales executive made us feel comfortable, took time to explain all the details, provided information on all the possible finance options and was continuously following up. We were promised the delivery in 3-4 weeks but the vehicle was actually delivered in less than two weeks from the time it was booked.
