Quality Inn Gurgaon

It's a nice hotel. The room I was put up in was spacious enough. The breakfast buffet is somewhat limited. The dinner if opted for costs around 800 INR. For such an amount I found the options quite limited. The staff are courteous and provide very good service

My pre wedding functions were held at this hotel, and i am so glad that i chose this one. Kusum and her team did an amazing amazing work and made my ceremonies look straight out of a fairytale. Everything from decor, food, guest service was worth appreciating. They did all that was possible and allowed by rules in the hotel premises. Very cooperative staff, i must stay. Highly recommended for those who want a homely and budget friendly hotel. Thank you 😊

Amazing hotel, good food, great ambience, classy architecture, extraordinary staff behaviour, special mention to the manager of the hotel, Mr. Deepak who was very humble and friendly. Ajit and Manoj at the front desk are also joyful. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of cuisines and again great ambience. They have a rooftop swimming pool as well which adds to the property’s charm. Overall a luxury property to stay while you’re in Gurugram. Loved the interiors of the room. Will be staying again soon.

Till now, wherever I have stayed, there was something lacking in those hotels, but when I went to this hotel for the first time, I saw that everything in this hotel is absolutely perfect which makes your holiday a great experience.

Our room was quite spacious, and clean. It was a little dark, and opening the blinds didn't help much.
The buffet was very nice. Tasty food, included a wide array of dishes.
Service was top notch.

Manoj provided the best services and was was very supporting .
He is very polite.. God bless him

We recently hosted my father’s retirement function here and we loved the service. The staff was very courteous and helpful esp Kusum who helped us through everything and was very accommodating to my family. The food was great, the curries were very delicious. Recommend it strongly to anyone.

We hosted Annual sales meet at Quality Inn, had a great success all because of their supporting staff - Bheem and Arun especially. Their food and services were just amazing. It was an event of around 100 people, everything was well structured. Thankful to the entire quality inn team.

Nice staffs, good service.

Rooms are well maintained, they clean it daily. Staff behaviour is really nice, they shifted my room by just one request as there was some bad noice outside next to my room. They have open terrace swimming pool and gym space too.

Food is ok, buffet is bit costly for dinner. Decent option for buffet breakfast, they have live counter too.

Overall good experience.
