The Gateway Resort Damdama Lake Gurgaon

We went for 1 full day outing with family and had a good quiet and relaxing time. Spa and food were great as anyone would expect from Taj hotels. The adventure area is also well maintained. I won't say everything is top notch and perfect like the Taj hotels but probably because it is under renovation regarding the same and prices are also low. It is a good stay for a day or two. Gym and play area have been shifted meanwhile to standby rooms. The road leading to the hotel is not that good, quite a lot of big potholes. All in all a good day spent. Thanks team for the sevices. I stayed at the hotel for a week and a half. The room was very clean and inviting. The food was amazing and the atmosphere at the lounge was great. Every evening according to sleep, a visit to the jacuzzi and sauna will make you sleep well.

This property is too good, family stay was totally fun due to different activities in the adventure zone- camel ride, mud bike to zip lining to bunjee jumping etc, everything was well organized.

Rooms are clean, little small for triple occupancy as they give extra Mattress no bed for third person.

Also importantly their buffet for dinner and breakfast are lavish and food is delicious.

Overall a must visit property.

My retreat at the Gateway lakeside resort was nothing short of enchanting. The location is good and the surroundings are quiet. The lake close by is not maintained; Taj should push the government to enhance its beauty
Rooms are of good size, the washroom is as big as a small bed room, however the bathing area is not maintained (I spotted fungus on the walls)

I stay with my family for 5 days and I got the best service and food .specially I am happy with the service which is given by manoj and still remember he gave me best recommendations of the food as well as drinks.thanks manoj for making our days special.see you soon

I want to this place for work purpose. I had a stay for 3 days.

Rooms are luxurious

Location is best

Ambience is also great

Food is also nice

But if you are travelling in winters, make sure that you have winter wear (like proper jackets & everything)

1. Property is awesome. They upgraded my deluxe room to suite.
2. Thank you for the complimentry cake and bed decoration.
3. The Adventure zone was awesome. One should visit with family and kids.
4. Food was also good.
5. Try to avoid breakfast at pick time. Otherwise you may be disappointed by the service.

Hi team everything was awesome but on reaching back home i found my samsung ear buds missing 😢 as they were left on the table of room 105 today ie 19th march ..
I have informed the duty manger Himanshu and send an email too will really be obliged if the same can be checked at lost n found and house keeping please...regards Rahul

We went here for birthday celebration. Driving 70km to visit this property,we were little doubtful about how it’s gonna be. But it was a wonderful experience.
Tried the breakfast buffet which had lots of variety. Food actually had taste unlike other five star properties. The entire spread was nicely done. Restaurant was beautiful with nice inside and outside view. It was named as Shamiana.
Buffet charges was 1450/person inclusive of taxes.
Special thanks to Nishant and Gopi for their exemplary services during our entire time.

They also arranged cake and floral decor on table which was awesome. The cake was yummy. We had it for 3 days.

Coming back here again soon.

We were welcomed with holy basil string, a drink & ofcourse a bright smile..
Quite costly but you get everything that you want in a vacation.. like a good ambience, nature beauty, open ground, adventures games, indoor and outdoor games, best room, good snacks, best morning breakfast...
Lastly we had checkout with beautiful sapling ....

Awesome experience big thanks to Sharaf and her front office team (Sunny , Himansh , Karan and Parnami)for making our special day more special by surprising us with special gifts filled with love . Will highly recommend this property for ultimate stay , definitely there is a scope to work on room service which was little late .

Good for vacation and staying here, big room with big washroom.service is good. The evening buffet and morning breakfast is nice. Cart can be used for activity areas and spa gim.Big and beautifully designed full area.

We visited the resort over a weekend and the service was excellent! Right from the check in, the Taj hospitality shone through. Our dining and breakfast experience was made excellent by Kishan who was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The resort itself is amazing with large spaces filled with greenery. Some areas are under renovation and I cannot wait to visit the resort again and experience the legendary Taj hospitality again. 💛

This was my third trip and the experience remains the same as always. Great hospitality by the staff. The room view seems to be a little disturbed because of the construction but that is manageable. Highly recommended.

Visited this resort with Family.. some construction work going on like swimming pool not operational but believe me services ,location ,ambience are mind blowing , and why not ,after all it's a Taj resort. Activities are full of thrill for all ages with complimentary high tea. food quality and variety awasome. Special thanks to Rajat , kishan , vishkha and Mr. Ashok for making this visit special

It was an awesome experience visiting Taj gateway with my family and kid.
The staff was extra polite and very helpful in making our stay comfortable and wonderful.

My stay was excellent. The most comfortable stay ever. Property is very close for Delhi ncr people. Lots of activities are available for kids and adults. All staff are very humble and grounded. Special mention for himanshu from front office for giving us right information.
