Chaudhary Devi Lal University, named after Chaudhary Devi Lal, The former Deputy Prime Minister of India Was established by the Government of Haryana on 2 April 2003. The University, located at Sirsa 256 km from Delhi and 285 km from Chandigarh, has a sprawling campus of 6 acres on the Barnala Road. The University has 16 academic departments, which offer 21 career oriented and specialized courses to the students. It also offers job-oriented courses through distance education.

Chaudhary Devi Lal University which started as a regional centre of the Kurukshetra University has blossomed into a well planned , majestically built masterpiece. The academic environment is quite vibrant and evolving.

There are best fecility, good management, good bilding and class rooms, good routes, infrastructure is very best, there are also available parking fecility, proper security system, there are also available a cantin and thery organized many factions, they conduct UG and PG examination for colleges who affiliated under it. Adress of this university is Barnala road 🛣 other wise search on google > CDLU Sirsa Haryana google automatically generate the best root but it don't best in some work.

CDLU has a big campus of 280 acres on barnala road, Sirsa. The campus has clean and connecting roads which connects the different departments of university and hostels. Parking areas are available on different areas, and autorickshaw service is also available in university, canteens are also available, atm, healthcare center and other services are also available

Kurukshetra University Chaudhary Devi Lal Post Graduate Regional Centre Sirsa was set up during the year 2000. Later on in April 2003 it was declared as full-fledged University named as Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa. The University had been recognized by the University Grants Commission and declared eligible for Central Assistance under Section 12 (B) of UGC Act vide UGC letter No. F.9-17/2003 (CPP-1) dated 17.02.2009. The works construction of Boys Hostel No.2, Girls Hostel No.2, V.C. residence, Guest House had been started and completed by the University. In addition to above, houses of H, C, D, E, F & E-II categories, Water Treatment Plant, Over Head Service Reservoir, Boundary Wall on undisputed land, Commissioning of Water Supply and Sewage Scheme, OHSR, STP and other development works were taken in hand by the construction wing of Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa & completed. The prestigious works of Teaching Block No.II (Science Block), Media Centre, Sewage Treatment Plant, Library Building, Shopping complex, Main Gate, Internal Roads (Phase-II) & Parking, Construction of 6 nos C & 4 nos D Type & 3 Nos. F-type houses, Construction of Multipurpose Hall, Block “A” of Administrative Block, Air Conditioning Plant at MP Hall And Sound Reinforcement System at MP Hall, Construction of 11 KV Indoor Electric main Sub Station and Compact Sub Station, various types of more residential houses i.e. C, E & F, Building for Electric Sub Station, raising of boundary wall (southern side) and High Mast Lighting have also been completed. All the departments of science stream such as Physics, Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Mathematics, Food Science & Technology, Energy & Environmental Sciences are being run in the Teaching Block No.II i.e. C.V. Raman Bhawan (Science Block). Medical facility is made available to the students and employees of the university through its Health Centre.
