I wanted to give you some feedback on my recent car buying experience. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from your dealership. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson Surender who took the time to understand my needs and help me find the perfect car.

It was wonderful to be assisted by Ms Vinni. She has been so supportive and helpful that the whole Nexa experience of buying our new family member was elated to another level. She has been very patient throughout the whole process, trying to accommodate all our needs in the best possible way.

We purchased Grand Vitara from Prem Motors Nexa, Sector 16, Gurgaon and our experience is as follows:

1. Staff, Mr. Chetan Arora (CEO Sales), Mr. Vikram Kashyap and Mr. Surender Yadav in specific, are very humble, cooperative and well behaved.

2. Unlike other Nexa Dealers they didn't force us to purchase accessories while other Nexa Dealers were asking to purchase at least Rs. 70000 accessories to get early delivery.

3. We got our new car within the committed time.

4. Parking facility was good, their staff parked my vehicle very appropriately.

Only negative was that some accessories like roofrails were not available, but during high sale time in Navratra it is okay.

Overall, I will say it is the best Nexa in Gurgaon.If you are planning a new car then go for it.

Had a wonderful experience buying our car from here. Rubal & Kusum were helpful throughout our journey of booking the car to it's delivery. Rubal being such a senior member is always very grounded and very approachable. He very promptly takes the required action. As a whole we had a lovely experience here. The whole team is wonderful.
