We have stayed here too many times to count. They have to be the best and most courteous service representatives I have come across. Mohit (Concierge Services) has to be one of the best. It's right next to a wonderful mall, and the transportation services provided by the Hotel are just awesome. It's our standard place to stay when flying in and out of Delhi ( not too far from the airport - but does take a good 20-30 minutes given the traffic ).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Leela Ambience, Gurgaon and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was very luxurious with high-end toiletries.
The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The gym was well-equipped and the spa was a haven of relaxation. The pool area was stunning, with comfortable loungers and a beautiful view of the city.
The hotel's restaurants were also top-notch. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The dinner menu was equally impressive, with a range of international and local dishes that were expertly prepared.

Nice place to visit, lot of high brands, multiplex, and all popular restaurant chains are available here. The mall is spread over a large area. For kids various video games and for little kids small toy train are available to enjoy.

Great property, definitely deserving of the 5 star rating. Everyone from the doorman ( on 21/02), to shiva and anil, were great. The value is very good as well, I was surprised how nice the property, breakfast and other amenities were. Will definitely return.

It's a fun place to go and spend time at. Ice-skating is something which one should definitely try. It's budget friendly and is fun to do with friends and family.
Game Zone having Bowling and other games are also available.
Along with it various food items are available at each floor and food court are also available.

We had buffet lunch at Spectra in specially booked private room of 35 persons.
Attention given was exceptionally good.
The staff attending were very courteous and attentive to serve the customers.

All and all I loved the experience of staying at leela, check-in process could have been better.Priya at the reception helped us a lot with room decoration too! Rooms were clean and very spacious 🙌 Staff was very friendly,courteous and welcoming 😊 Thank you for making our special day memorable . I believe at breakfast you could have more options in desert for vegetarians, almost every desert had eggs. Atmosphere at diya was calm and soothing! Service at the time of midnight in spectra is on the slower side! The food at spectra and diya was good, can definitely go without giving a second thought!!!Singers at diya were amazing along with chef Ali and Jagdish. Ashok in the lobby was very welcoming. Their was a girl who served us at diya I am forgetting her name, she served us pretty well! Thank you for the special efforts in form of cake and decorations that made our day! Everyone greeted us with a huge smileeee !!!!! Would love to revisit this place. Thank you once again for providing us with interconnected rooms on our demand ❤

VERY COSY FOR SPECIAL FAMILY, HONEYMOON COUPLE, SENIOR CITIZENS and brief stay for foreigners on tours. Happiness is more here than pleasure. Services, security, transport are beyond expectation and spontaneous.

Our CEO stayed there for a week and we (me and one more colleague of mine) used to go to the hotal daily to pick them up or to discuss things. Well air pollution got hold of them and they left few days early. Since the hotal was already booked for 2 more days they tried to transfer it to us.
I even had my Aadhhar card out. But the authority did not transfer it. And neither gave the money back. 😫

The Leela Ambience Gurgaon is one of the finest 5-Star properties in Gurgaon. I am a regular visitor and have never been disappointed. Their customer service standards are the best in the Industry. They have a wide range of specialty cuisine restaurants, perfect match for your taste buds. Spectra has a lavish brunch spread on Sundays that is a must try. Icing on the cake is their well stocked Cigar Room. If you love Cigars, that’s the place to be. Happy exploring!

We stayed here in mid December for a family trip to Delhi. The staff were simply amazing. Kind, polite, and always willing to help. The rooms are fantastic - clean, comfortable. We utilized the restaurants, laundry service and the concierge for tours, all with no issues - simply excellent. A special thank you to Mohit at the concierge desk for being so accommodative, and to Rahul in the restaurant for above and beyond service. We would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure.
