Marathahalli Post Office

Was a little sceptical after reading reviews, but the behavior was very surprising. Went to submit life certificate for my elderly mother, and although everyone was busy sorting letters in the morning, asked to be seated & they helped to complete within 10 minutes. Felt happy with the warm behaviour.

The post office is within HAL society gates.

Huge appreciation for the staff of this post office. We got aadhar card enrolment done for our kid within half an hour on a weekday afternoon, by just walking in with required documents. The whole staff was very warm and welcoming throughout the process. We had tried to apply at other places (all banks) before this and were tired of unwillingness of banks to do aadhar related work. They kept giving some or the other excuse and directed us to go to Bangalore One - which wasn't feasible for us time wise. We tried this Post office, and were pleasantly surprized with smoothness of the process. Extremely grateful for having found this option.

Wonderful experience every time visit this post office. Last day I went there to hand collect a speed post due to an emergency and the team was so supportive. Was very happy to see the team helping customers.

I went for passport collection.. staff were polite and process was smooth.. Timing mentioned here are not correct.. it works from 8 to 12 and 2 to 5 ..all days except Sunday and public holidays

I had the best experience with Indian Post Office till date. People in this office are very polite and are very helpful. Thanks to Kiran and the postmaster who are very quick in their work. Kudos to you guys. Keep up the good work.
My purpose for visit : Opening NSC account, it was done within an hour.

Good service. Not much crowded. All services are available.
Parcels will be accepted only if they are completely wrapped with brown cello tape.
Employees in counter are very cool and courteous.
Postal helpers may expect tips for helping you in wrapping.

Prompt service specially at speed post counter. Whole staff is cardinal with people and giving their best service.

Aadhar card New and Update request are processes here. Generally go in the morning when the post office opens and get a Token. Aadhaar card request will be processed only after 430 PM daily. You have car parking options right next to the post office.

Last week I visited this post office for NSC encashment , opened SB account and credited the amount on the same day. Excellent Banking service and thanks for the service & support. Staffs are very kind, honest and helpful. Thanks again.

The staffs are really polite and humble and they wont ask you to go from one counter to another(as expected in all govt offices).

The best service I received amount all the post office I visited over the years. The lady(there are 2 ladies who shift their positions if you are lucky enough you will get the right one) who takes care of the savings account, nsc, kisan vikas, rd kind of services does the job to perfection. Quick and efficient service by that lady in particular.

Mr. Kiran is the best govt employee I have ever meet so far. He is so helpful and advanced. He used AEPS to give me NSC within 30 minutes. So, it was a cashless transaction at this post office. It is a good example for all govt employees how to deal with customer and to give better service hence attracting people towards govt sector and take India to next level.

I went to this post after reading few good reviews.Especially about this gentleman named Kiran. Initially felt all the reviews were fake or done by one of the post office guys. But to my surprise, it actually was true. Mr Kiran is the best Govt employee i have ever interacted with. This guy goes out of the way to explain & deliver on his responsibilities. Amazing experience. This tells that its about people that makes an organisation and not whether its Govt or private org. Kudos to your professionalism Mr Kiran. Wishing you all the success. I had gone to deposit to my PPF account, he helped setup my online IPPB account, gave a demo & helped make the first transfer. Infact he took the poppy to show the demo to many other customers who had come to deposit. Amazing this guys patience & attitude.

I went there to send something via Speed Post. Almost all the staffs there speak English. And they were very polite while answering queries and while doing their regular work. Speed Post service was open till 3pm since it was a weekday.

Very helpful people are working in this post office, which is very rare among other post offices in India. Most of the services are available here. Moderate space inside. Located inside Chetai Enclave of HAL, just a few steps away from Bore Well bus stop. So, very easily accessible.

Very best and helpful staff are there.. I am really very happy with their services.. God bless them always with more success

Wonderful service rendered by this post office staff. Mr. Kiran was extremely helpful in giving information and providing all those required. I bought NSC the other day He helped with cash which I desperately need to buy NSC.But Pls know that you should have HDFC account to withdraw money on the spot to buy NSC.

I had da best experience till now in any government office, especially Mr KIRAN who explained me in detail and made me to open a savings account, he is outstanding at his work , I wish him good luck.
