Iam a regular customer, this time had given my expensive carpet for dry cleaning at the wheeler’s road outlet . Despite mentioning to take proper care none of it seems to have gone into consideration, the carpet was not clean when they asked us to collect , it had embroidery work stones , edges were muddy & dirty plus it had a not so pleasant odour, wish I had an option of sharing pictures . when I sent back for dryclean the second time and got a call after a month to collect , the edges on one side was still muddy & other side was cut up without my permission , my carpet stinks . I’m extremely disappointed with their pathetic service !
Don’t trust them with your expensive or valuable stuff . Worst place ever !

After years of being a regular customer, I'm sorry to see the service deteriorate so drastically. Really infuriated to have had my bed cover cut up without my permission when I had in fact been billed for darning. Not sure what use putting one's number on the bill is if they're not going to have the courtesy to call you and ask. All this, just a few months after they LOST a dress of mine. Appalling!
