Doddanekkundi Post Office

You can expect good service from this new gen post office. Throughout my interaction with Ravi Sekhar Sir, I couldn't help but notice his genuine passion for his work and his commitment to providing excellent service. Good to see that postal service is getting better day by day in India. We need more such post office.

I speed posted a package. Very helpful staff. Guided me well and helped me. Well made.

Old postoffice near Govt school is closed.
New office in ISRO road working with 3 office staff. Very courteous staff. Answers your queries politely. Parcels will be accepted upto 2 kg.
Speed post, Register post , Register parcel services are available.

I am a very happy customer of this post office.The staff is polite and Ravi Sir is very accommodative, very helping and dedicated person.

It's a tiny post office with just two staff members. The first day I went it was too late so my job was not done. The next day I went i heard that the whole system was down. So my job cannot be done. Honestly, I was angry. I did create a little bit of a scene (embarassing). However, the officer in charge acknowledged the fact that I was distressed and calmly explained why it could not be done now. And most importantly, he offered two alternative solutions to that! He put the tracking ID, requested me to pay online so I had proof of payment and kept my envelope saying he would book the service as soon as possible. I left really perturbed, but happy that I had been heard. And then when the network restoration was getting delayed he actually called to let me know that I could go to the nearby courier office too! Cherry on the icing, he called to check if I had received the message about the post being booked. I have met very few government employees who take so much effort in doing their job. Thank you sir for being so kind.

If there is an option to give 10 stars, i would have given that. When i went to the Post office, There was power cut and so, There was no possibility for speed post. But Ravi sir has accepted my post and posted it once power is back . He also called me to inform me about that. He always replies with smiley face to your queries. The office also looks very clean and beautiful

Very good place very humble staff .

This is a branch post office that started its operations in May 2020. Being a fairly new office the crowd is generally thin here but what stands out is the behaviour of the staff of this post office. Never expected such positive attitude from a Government office. One word - Awesome.

Very good staff, I visited this post office recently around 3.30pm for speed post, the person said it's closed but he accepted my document when I requested, after that 2-3 more people came and he did for them also, very polite person....

Staff is really helpful and friendly. You can get your work done in the minimal time
