Have been to this outlet before. This was the first time,felt the staff was supportive and helpful.Neha was very proactive in getting the right size and other similar options to find the right fit.

We went to the bata in Ibrahim street. Staff were good and ready to help. Avishek malik made us try all the varieties and helped us get the right pair too. and gave us a new piece also. Really appreciate his salesmanship.

Had been to Bata to shop for my son, who was giving a hard time choosing a formal shoe. The customer service representative was good, he was able to convince my son to buy a formal shoe. He was patient and assisted with out being irritated, even when he had to show multiple shoes, until a choice was made. Great service.

I was delighted to find my dream sandals! BZees has finally come up with heeled sandals with arch support; and also added some newer designs with bright colors. I bought two pairs, with one home delivered for want of size. Efficient and prompt service. Thank you BATA!

Bata has greatly improved over the years in terms of their products. The store now look spacious,well maintained. The staff too are pleasant and helpful and go the extra mile to help one out.

As usual, BATA shoes are usually durable and the best. Although, limited by variety, I would like to start from BATA, go to other brands in the market. Fortunately, I found an attractive moccasin and fell for it. BATA will now deliver to your home if preselect and pay for it.

The only store where I finally find 'Bata-Jalsa Loafers' in this whole Banglore. Having almost all Collections too. Manager and Staff are good.

I like the fact that they have a good collection, slightly premium though. They had a 20% discount for Diwali.
