The Zuri Whitefield, Bengaluru

Great location and close to my work location. Good food. Breakfast was great and hospitality was outstanding.
One feedback would be to consider reviewing the prices for cab service I felt those prices were outrageous so I ended up using Uber which has reliability issues in Bengaluru

My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Extremely welcoming and hospitable staff made our stay a memorable one. Rooms, though a bit small, are sparkling clean with a comfortable bed. Their breakfast spread is huge with all types of option and their live counters are good too. Beautiful pool and the bar deck are nice features. Not much for kids and I wish they created an indoor games option, at least.

Overall, 5 stars for the staff!

The hotel is beautiful with a royal ambience. Everything is customised to the zuri brand. Slippers are the best ones in any hotel. Sliding door, soft (big and small) towels, frothy but washable long lasting soap , clean open dustbin, underground lights, generous amenities are just some of the plus points. Tub can be stood on and is comfortable to get out of. The shower streams were excellent although water was not hot enough. Basin is too close to tap but smooth, beautiful and spacious enough for arms. Service is very good. Hotel is close to Mall. Fruit halwa and strawberry yoghurt were exceptional.

I hosted a lunch party for 100 odd guest in Pheonix banquet hall.
It was an awesome experience.
Banquet hall is beautiful and have table seating for all guest.
Food menu was all veg. All the guest appreciated quality of food and prompt service.

The location is really amazing, together with the hospitality. I had a very wonderful time staying here. Prime location, excellent food quality, service. Price is little higher side but it worth it. I would recommend this for business as well family time.

Great hotel, the rooms are good, but few are a bit too dark themed.

All rooms have either city or pool view, room service is upto the mark.

The breakfast options are great, youd not go back hungry, service is excellent, especially this person Mr Kaif, he was courteous and well mannered, paid utmost attention to our requests and always served food with a generous smile.

Had a great stay in Zuri. Hotel staff was always very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were compact and clean. The location of the hotel is also great as it is 5 minute walk from the Nexus mall.
The combination of the costs and benefits of this hotel make it the ideal place to stay in whitefield.

The hotel is great.
At events it's got great vibe to it and it's awesome to chill out and relax here.
There's no parking issues.
There's lot of parking space.
Though traffic is a bit bad and locating the hotel itself might be an issue.

I was recently here for a week.. and had checked into a wheelchair accessible room.. initially, I had a lot of apprehensions about the nature of accessibility..and whether I would be comfortable there..

But I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome service, accessible facilities and the amazing hospitality!!

It's a perfect venue for a business stay or a weekend getaway with your loved ones!

Rooms were clean and maintained well. Breakfast spread was nice. Office drop was on time and organised well.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, the staff is very professional.

You get a variety of food options, I specifically enjoyed the Italian food.

It is a premium hotel that offers chic design and world-class service.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the restaurants serve a variety of cuisines.

The pool, spa and fitness center are excellent, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The location is very convenient for business travellers and is well connected to the rest of city.

The Zuri Whitefield Bangalore is an amazing place to stay, provided you intend to stay within the premises. The waiting lobbies, the restaurant, the swimming pool, the gym are really well maintained, luxurious and welcoming. The staff are quite courteous and forthcoming in their attempt to provide good service.
The room decor can be better. It was a little gloomy with dim lights and dark brown curtains and a few wallpapers. The furniture and fittings are very good.
The bathtub is the highlight of the room. :-D
The TV set can have a larger screen size to fit well with the rest of the ambience. We had taken the lowest cost room and perhaps the higher (larger) rooms have better decor.
The restaurant breakfast spread was elaborate and more importantly tasty. Each item had some customization and yet tasted superb.
One caveat, for booking any hotel near Whitefield area, is the traffic issues. You will find it difficult at times to get an Uber or Rick due to traffic. Do factor in 50-100% extra time due to traffic, if you are heading out.
Otherwise the stay is comfortable and worth every penny.

I gave 5 stars for location because I chose the location, people giving less rating must know that they chose the location before the booking so why do they give less stars for the location.

You name a service and it is there.. awesomee..the best part is very good food and clean rooms.. well that's what 5 star is about but still some have flaws.. you won't find any here.....

This is my home when i visit Bangalore and the service and all the amenities are top notch. Not to mwntion the staff are very humble special mention to Pavan, Akhilesh and Manoj and the supervisor Lakshmi all of them made me feel at home. Amazing hospitality..!!!!

Recently visited here for a corporate event, the hotel is well maintained. The ambience is quite pleasant and the service was excellent. The best thing is the food, tasty and hygienic food was served here. A nice banquet hall is there for a corporate or family event. We all had a quality time. Sufficient car and bike parking is there.
