I have joined THE FITNESS HQ. It has been a wonderful experience so far. The gym is equipped with all modern equipments and services. Its very spacious and hygienic. The staffs and owner are very supportive and friendly. If any one interested to join gym and maintain fitness just go for this with out any second thought.

Best place for workout and achieving your fitness goals. Gym is well versed with the equipments. Trainers are amazing,well trained, quite helpful in achieving your fitness goals. Strongly Recommended..!!!!

Really it's my proud to workout in this gym ... And it's a professional gym with professional trainers....steam bath facilities also provided even though there is a separate platform for powerlifters 😍I can say this gym has amazing professional equipment, that too stairmaster I think this is the first gym all over Mangalore to have this stair master professional Machine ❤ I really suggest this gym for the people who are into workout ❤

Best equipped gym in this area. Awesome ambience. Better trainers. Very spacious. Never seen cardio equipments in this gym. Must visit.
