The best hotel I have been to. The service here is above excellency. The mouth watering food is 100 times better than many 5 star hotels. Aloo Puri, South Indian and literally every food item on menu was perfect. Even small thing like toast was perfectly crispy. I'm in love with food over here. There was one musician playing live music in the morning and I was in awe cause this is very rare sight. Just imagine waking up and listening to melodies that are not tape record. Premium feeling.
I remember opening of this hotel some 23-24 years back and I can't believe the hotel is in same top notch condition. Literally big names like Orchids and Raddison blue has failed to maintain this level of quality over the years. I was literally in shocked.

It's the second time I have stayed here. People are very nice. Service is good. All facilities are available in the room. But room charges are a little bit on the higher side.

Ohh.... Try the Mutton item here.. I was very happy. Breakfast is average.

food quality ok but improve waiter service

We booked a 'club' room of this hotel for a newly married couple for one night. Before letting them inside, we wanted to make sure that everything is perfect. We made a request at the reception to let us check the room, and they happily obliged. in fact, they assigned a serviceman to us to show us around, including one more suite, in case we wished to upgrade current booking or wished to book one in future. The experience at the reception was truly pleasing, helpful and personal. We loved it.
The rooms were recently renovated and absolutely perfect. They were equipped with large LED televisions complete with soundbar. bathrooms were spotless, had a separate shower room which also had a foldable wall mounted chair, for those who have difficulty sitting on the ground while bathing. beds were comfortable. lighting was adequate and soothing.
Though the hotel is situated on a bustling road, interiors were absolutely quiet.
The hotel has limited parking space for both two and four wheelers. no valet parking available. However, one can park along the road freely.
We also got a chance to dine in their restaurant. Seemingly the restaurant was also recently renovated. interiors were clean and pleasing. service was prompt and smiling. Waiter knew what was on offer. The menu on offer was huge and I think almost everything must be available. Rates were reasonable and the taste was lip smacking.
Overall we loved the hotel overall. Could be the best stay in Jalgaon for the price.

Rooms are very very good , neat and clean, bed, bedsheet, blanket, lights,AC ,fan, furniture, TV, speaker , bathroom all are perfect we stay here 5 days in different different rooms on 3rd floor, Royal suite room is Awesome its value for money.
Restaurant food also delicious, we all love there all food my son mostly like nonveg and matka kulfi. Thank you so much Royal palace team.
Suggetion- make sure improve some staf behaviour against guest.
