We ordered a custom cake for my friends engagement party.
We wanted in 1hr, the shop manager was very kind to listen to our request and ensured to prepare it ASAP.

They prepared and personally called when done. They prepared in 1hr as promised. The cake was looking very fine and pretty. The ret velvet flavour we asked for was exceptionally good and tasty.

We ordered a 3kg cake.

Best ever place for cakes & pastries. Been buying from them since they were just a small shop in HBR layout. Prices are affordable compared to other bakers. They have many varieties. Taste is out of the world. My all time favs being chocolate mousse and chocolate cheese cake. We buy most of our birthday cakes from here only. Happy that it's grown so much over 15 years. Now they have outlets at most significant locations in Bangalore but unfortunately home delivery isn't available always. A must try place for people with a sweet tooth.

It's always s delicacy visiting this place. Serves one of the best Chinese food that I've had in Bangalore. The Chung's Special Noodles (that's the name, if I'm not wrong) is one of the best items available. They put prawns, chicken, egg, mushrooms inside and it's really great. Also had chicken lollipops which were brilliant. The staffs are well behaved and polite. Customers include families, couples and all, and gives a brilliant ambience.

Food was tasty and good . The quantity was good and was enough for a person to eat. Service was good .. staff was quick and serve with a smile . The ambience was good .. enough lighting.. overall a good place . Parking is always a challenge .. you will have to park in one of the crossroads .. you may be lucky to get parking sometimes near the restaurant.

One of the best pastry and cake shops available here. They were fresh and tasty as well. Good customer service also.

I'd called the customer care number this morning and ordered a 1/2 kg black forest cake for my son's birthday today. The representative who took my call hadn't informed me that the bakery offers both the classic black forest cake and a variant. When I went to the outlet at HBR Layout, to my dismay, I found that the cake they were offering wasn't the classic black forest variety i.e. it had no cherries, chocolate flakes, or cream toppings.

I explained that I needed a cake with these toppings. The store girl named Archana who was nearby requested her colleague to add the toppings to the cake and then pack it for me. Very pleased with her presence of mind and for diplomatically handling the situation. Thank you so much, Archana for making my son's birthday and my day memorable! God bless you!!

They have to improve on quality products which are not there and menus too....same menu since years

The place is one good place to be for cakes and pastries. The delivery is immediate and tastes too yummm. The services are very professional. Don't forget to get magic candles for a bit of naughtiness to the birthday celebrations.

Very nice and tasteful cake delivered for my daughter's b'day...Sujhata was particularly very helpful and understanding of our requirements and delivered on time and bang on expectations...That's what one wants on these occasions...Loved it !!

Excellent place for reasonably priced cakes, sandwiches, puffs etc.
They specialize in Birthday cakes and have a chain of stores all over.

Their Bread especially High Fibre bread is superb. Many other savories.

Order was great very quick service, staffs are friendly for customised order we have to wait for an hour at least, for design cakes they take 3hrs or more, we will also have different option of 1 kg or 1/2kg to pick and take immediately 😊
