RBL Bank (formerly known as Ratnakar Bank) is an Indian private sector bank headquartered in Mumbai and founded in 1943.[3] It offers services across six verticals: corporate and institutional banking, commercial banking, branch and business banking, retail assets, development banking and financial inclusion, treasury and financial market operations

I bought a credit card from them. They had told me that they would levy only Rs.500.00 only if I couldn't use it for more than Rs.50,000.00 and must settle the amount within 50 days. Otherwise, they will charge 1 percent interest on the amount monthly wise. But for a test, I used Rs.1,215.00 only for 3 purchase within 3 days after I received the card, and made repayment within 3 days of purchase. But they have been levying more than Rs.2,000.00 excluding the purchase amount. It all happened within 7 days of I got the credit card. So, from my bad experience, I advise everyone to be careful and think twice before accepting their offer.
