I'm Shamil Roshan a 32 year old and I have been living in Bahrain for the past 8 years.

Here I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to you Dr. Shinoj 🙏🙏🙏🙏 and entire team of MESIARC.

I was Dr. Shinoj's patient in June 2022 and I was too scared when I came to meet him the first visit, because I came with a CT scan report taken from Bahrain (doctor from Bahrain, he suggested surgery) and a doctor's prescription (a private clinic in kannur, and this doctor said, I haven't a second option, start medicine until my last day) for CSF leakage medication.

But after the first visit all the tension was gone, first of all Dr. Shinoj was very calm and gave me enough time to explain all my stories, he treated me like a friend (I was very relieved sitting with him) and the way he talked to me, and his initial assumptions on my illness were very positive and it's make me more relief.

There was only one test he had to do to confirm his assumption was correct and he did it himself to get the best results, and that too quickly and effortlessly (painless)

And he got the test results right away, then he told me that his assumptions are correct and he explained me very well about what is my illness, it is only a disease that can be cured by taking medicine for two weeks, be cool and forget about brain fluid & surgery.

And he said, once I complete my 2 weeks of meditation, then go and eat all the food which I like, don't be afraid of phlegm, it will not come again as before if I eat cold drinks, dairy products etc

And he said, but one condition, I will prescribe a nasal spray (which is AVAMYS) for you that you should use daily to control allergies. that's all. And put thoughts of surgery and bleeding out of your mind. it's all over.

Dr. Shinoj was very confident while talking to me about my illness and it made me much happier.

Like any patient, I was very happy, but there was a fear inside that it might not go as planned. But I was satisfied and convinced that Dr. Shinoj had thoroughly and properly investigated my case. so I believed this was my exact problem. I thought how unlucky I am because none of the doctors could diagnose my problem for the past 10 years.

Dr. Shinoj prescribed me the best medicine for my ailment (which is not harmful to my body).

I am now very happy and getting good health, especially the winter season of year 2022 over, and I didn't have cough and assumption problems like Dr. Shinoj said. Now I am ready to live in any weather because I got confidence from him.

I owe him much, and I will be very grateful to him ever, because by God's grace I got the opportunity to meet him and talk about my illness and get a permanent cure for my illness.

I really respect him for having such a good knowledge of his departmental career at such a young age and I wish him to keep it up and all the very best in his medical career and life.

My name is Jasmin T. Alex. I had right parotid pleomorphic adenoma. As per Dr. Namita's instructions, I arrive at Dr.Manoj's ENT Super Specialty Institute and Research Centre.On 11/07/2023 Dr. Manoj removed it through surgery.
Dr.Manoj should give as little pain as possible while he is treating me, and no pain at all when he charges his fee.

I want to share my experience. I had undergone a surgery for otosclerosis surgery on 9th November done by Dr Manoj. He is one of the best and very friendly doctor. Had enough patience to explain all the doubts we had regarding this surgery. The hospital nursing staffs are commendable for this kind and pleasant behavior. Very organized way and systematic way of handling each patient was great. Doctor even promised he will show the video of the surgery that was done which is really a great thing I felt as we all like to see what was done isn't it... 😁 Thanks for all the support and care.

This is about the Septoplasty I underwent to correct my nasal bridge to help me breathe properly.
I had been having trouble breathing through my left nostril due to a deviation. This was very bad when sleeping as the right nostril also used to get blocked (when sleeping on the right side) and disturbed my sleep.
I was referred to Dr. Sandeep in Mesiarc ENT hospital by my cousin. The process of taking appointment and meeting the doctor was smooth. Dr Sandeep suggested to go for septoplasty for the correction. Once the surgery was finalized, I was asked to take series of tests.
Surgery Day: The surgery came under daycare and I was asked to report by 5.30 AM in the morning. After the admission process, was admitted in the ICU for the pre-surgery preparation. Then they took me to the operating theater for the surgery (as it was general anesthesia, I don't remember anything what happened inside OT. The next thing I knew was I was waking up in the same bed.
Overall, the process was smooth, am thankful to Dr Sandeep for the way he interacted with me (from the first day to the post surgery consultations) - very cool and collected throughout.
I was also satisfied with all the processes in the hospital.
Now, am happy to say that my breathing and thereby my sleep has improved quite a lot. Thanks to Mesiarc & Dr. Sandeep.

I can't express my gratitude towards Dr. Manoj. The first thing you like him is that he will make you confident and explain you what's the problem. He is a bit fast and it's not wrong as many patients are waiting. There are who has booked a month advance. The other doctors are also so comfortable to talk with and you feel a secure as in safe hands. In My case 2 other doctors said I need to go for a surgery and I had spend nearly 1.5 lakh initially ( though it's insurance claimed) as I am an expat and then came to visit him after visiting an another doctor who also said I need to go for a surgery and will cost more than 1 lakh. I was recommended by one of our neighbour to him as I don't hail from the same city. He does not give you any unwanted tests and other related. Antibiotics is out of his question and you will never get a prescription which is not required. The total cost was just below Rs 10000!. And he advised me to send a mail if I have any problems and no need to travel. It's not the money I am talking here....it's the way he takes care of the patients. One more thing in addition is defence personals have a free consultation which is truly admired. I sincerely thank all from the bottom of my Heart and highly recommend the hospital. All you need is to have patience if you visit the hospital which is for your own good in future.

I write this review to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Manoj sir for giving me this new world. I had undergone stapedectomy surgery last month and today was my first day at office after the surgery. I was quite nervous as if I will be able to hear the sounds better than before. It took by my surprise that I was able to hear everyone and everything in and around which I have been missing for past 3 years.

I went through the entire feedbacks and decided to meet the Doc for my daddy.This man turned out to be a saviour just not for my 82 year ailing daddy's hearing concerns but also suggested to see a neuro at the earliest which turned out to be a good decision.What I liked about Dr Manoj is that the time he took out to speak to my dad and to listen to his concerns which daddy had written on a paper as he was not able to speak well.
Well,I totally understand that not everytime he can lend his ears when we we visit him as he has numerous patients waiting outside.
Having elderly parents has made me come across different doctors across the state.
This man genuinely has a gift of gab which makes him an excellent conversationalist apart from his god gifted profession.
Not every Doctor understand the simple fact that a humble casual conversation by a doctor makes a patient forgo his pain.
Not to forget it's equally responsible for the patient or the accompanied ones to express good behaviour as well.

A superb hospital with excellent, efficient and highly professional doctors and staff. Very reasonable consultation , registration fees. The doctors never over prescribe any medicines and most of the time they attempt curing with ENT related exercises( my own experience where I had fainting and disbalance).

I had a "beeep" sound in my ear and some doctors here in Malappuram advised a surgery. We needed a second opinion and we get to knew about this hospital. Had the oppurtunity to meet Dr. Manoj himself and he was against that surgery prescription. It was just a frequency issue and infact no actual medications exist for it. As it will be cured naturally. As he said,the problem was resolved. And he hadn't prescribed any unnessecary scannings or medications as did by some famous medical practioners I consulted in Malappuram.
The same goes for my Migraine problem. Consulted Dr. Sandeep from Manoj' ENT and the treatment was so systematic. He kept on reducing the dosage of the medicine and its frequency and over time, my migraine just disappeared. Now, it comes very occasionally and I just need to take a tablet then. I am so happy that I was taking medicines for the same regualrly before consulting here.

Will be grateful to Dr. Manoj and Dr. Sandeep throughout my life. Highly recommended.

My sister had a submandibular gland stone which was causing severe pain.... I was guided by my colleague to Dr Manoj... He performed sialendoscopy and removed the stone ...Later I came to know that this procedure s done in very few centres in India ... We could defer a surgery and got the best treatment .... Can septoplasty make me breathe better. Im asking because most of my colleques who had done this surgery from different hospitals say it had returned to the original condition after some months....
