Your customer care support is very bad😡.
Plz provide a genuine number for your branches
every time they are calling me but i cant call back for my emergencies😡😡😡😡😡😡

First let me talk about HDFC Bank - I had an association with HDFC for more than 10 years and am an Imperia customer now. I only had good experience from the bank until I opened a new account in Kerala. I was always dealing in Chennai and they were extremely professional and helpful, it is like you submit any request and forget, the Bank will rest assured for you. They always follow up the request and help me to complete it on time.

I was frustrated after starting an account in the Calicut Palayam branch. I asked for a Debit card while opening the bank account,  but they submitted a request without ticking the Debit card option, I can understand it might be a mistake. I informed the bank when I got the Kit, but they told me that I will get a debit card, I didn't get the card, called the bank again, same story, finally called customer care. They told me that the bank might submit the request without ticking the Debit card option. Called the bank, told them to check, they confirmed and offered an insta-card, I asked for a Debit card. They said they will check and confirm what they can do, no calls, no follow ups, nothing... I called after 7 days, same story, called multiple times next day, no one picking phone, called again next day, manager routed me to some other Person (Sailesh Khator), same story, and finally they told that I should go to bank and submit the request for Debit card, it has been almost 2 months already and I am frustrated. By the time I started my Visa processing I was no longer in need of another account in India and I am not happy with the experience. So I asked him to close the account. He is more happy, It has been 2 weeks now, they didn't close the account or call me, I didn't get any followup and look like no one bothered about losing customers. As I have good rapport with the Chennai team I am maintaining the account in HDFC though I got a good offer from ICICI.

Also I am having bad experience after moving to Imperia program, my Virtual relationship manager got changed (Kavinath now), he is also not helping, not doing any follow ups, telling same story(like I am checking this, forwarded to our team etc, but we can understand he is not doing anything). My earlier relationship manager was good (when I was not in imperia) and doing follow ups. Another trouble being an imperia customer.

I visited 3 branches in Kerala, surprisingly, they are not ready to help if I don't do anything which is beneficial for them like starting Fixed deposit, investing in mutual funds etc. If you check my last activity in the bank you can see I started a mutual fund, deposited in Fixed account etc. which I did as I needed service. I visited another branch and asked them to change my relationship manager for which he wants me to move one of my accounts to that branch or start an FD, then only he is ready to do the service... no words to express my feelings other than wtf.. So I am seriously now thinking about moving my account to another bank.

Dear HDFC Bank -  You should pay heavily if you start a branch without giving proper training to their employees, just check the review in google map for most of the branches in Kerala, it is pathetic.  I am a well wisher and don't want to go to the old SBI era. It is the bank's customer experience, employee's professionalism etc sticking with your Bank, whenever we lose it we will quit and you will not be able to bring us back.
