Though a two storey building, lift and sloped paths easen movement. Wheel chair, stretcher are also readily available for patients.

Room rent starts at 1200 per day with all basic infrastructure. ( quite comfortable to accomodate bystanders). AC and non AC deluxe rooms also available. Choice based on personal affordability.😊

Rooms are swept and mopped daily. Laundry changed once in 2-3 days. Proper waste disposal on line.

Canteen with fresh, hot variety menu functions from 6am to 7pm. Good food at reasonable rates. Indeed a great help.

Breakfast items include Appam, Puttu(steam cake), Dosa, Poori etc with Baaji, Kadala, sambar & chutney. Dinner menu covers Chapati, Paratha & even ghee rice with veg kurma and chicken curry.😊

Canteen also caters to almost all essentials from parachute coconut oil, soaps, dishwash bar, buckets, mugs to even chocolates, bottled drinks, biscuits snacks & lots more. For an inpatient especially during the lockdown this is a blessing.

Hot water, mineral water, cooler all choices exist - abundant drinking water.

Card payments, UPi and cash modes add to the comfort zone. An award winner for cost effective treatment, both IP and OP are just fine.

One of the oldest hospitals in calicut started by Dr Rajendran. It's since 1940 and offers almost all the treatments at the most affordable prices. It has atleast one or more experienced and highly professional doctors in every department.
It is also famous for the new born delivery case.
It's was previously popularly known as Rajendra Nursing Home but lately after the renovation, the name has been changed to Rajendra Hospital. It houses a laboratory, imaging services a 24hrs pharmacy, a food canteen.
It also offers ample parking place.
The treatment is effective and reasonable..
