One of the most exceptional customer services I ever experienced on the Banking side. I had the pleasure of working with Renjini the Branch Manager, She made the process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with. The whole staff at this branch is very friendly and professional. We felt very taken care of and guided through our banking experience.

This is one of the best banks my family and I have banked with. They are efficient, quick to respond to requests and professional in their approach.

This Bank has one of the best customer service in Kozhikode. Our family has been using this bank for years and to date we have received prompt responses, professional approach to all our dealings and excellent service. Great leadership from Mrs Renjini R and super team work from all staff especially Nimmy in Customer service.

In terms of attitude towards customers and customer support, this is one of the best branches of the bank I've ever seen. The staff are very polite and very helpful. Usually not very crowded but sometimes there can be a queue at the cash deposit counter.

Was amazed to have a transaction processed this promptly at an SBI branch. Hope they do keep up the good work and other branches might follow...

Minimum waiting. Good staff with pleasing manners. Efficiently managed institution. Lack of good park in front of the bank. But there is a pay n park ground near the building.

Best service. I didn't got waiting there for depositing , they make it fast. Good response from employees.
