KHAS Gresik Hotel

I got free coffee and a snack because they found out it was my birthday. Soft, big, plenty of pillows in the room. Ordered for a single bed but they put 2 twins together, but it's fine for me. Decent breakfast.

I visit here for the seminar. Good vibes hotel, especially for moslem. Cozy place, great interior design

Nice place but service respond should be improved

Well recommended hotel to stay when we are around Gresik city for business and pleasure. The service is excelleng and room is clean. Its better to book the room by online travel than direct booking, which is a surprised for me. Location is also an advantage. We also can get the food around them.

Service was great. All staffs are helpful and nice. Receptionist, room service, house keeping, all are excellent. You can compare their service with five stars hotel like Hilton. During breakfast, there are many varieties and also taste good. Bedroom is nice, check its mattress, it is kingkoil so totally comfort. Bathroom is clean, though two times (we stayed 5 nights in this hotel) they forget to replace clean towel. Three minus points: (1) bedroom lighting is too dark. (2)sound filter is not good, when guests are talking in hallway, we can listen it from our room. Very clear and noisy.(3)swimming pool is very small. More like jacuzzi instead of swimming pool.

The room is on the small side, there's not much room left for moving around when 2 persons stay let alone additional bed.

But the staff and service was excellent, we arrived quite early around 7 AM, were informed beforehand that there'll be additional charge for early check in which we opted not to, however they kindly prepared the rooms and let us in around 10AM free of charge.

The location is strategic, 10mnt walking to Alun-Alun Gresik or you can choose to ride becak.

nice place to have short visit at Gresik. strategic hotel near high way and near center of town. cozy room with 4 star standards hotel, and polite crew there. have varieties breakfast menu but very bad condition for swimming pool. complete with meeting room and prayer room. recommended hotel at Gresik.

The hotel has excellent service for a business hotel... They don't have in house spa, but it is located in the main road that you can find one in walking distance... They don't provide hairdrier in the room, but you can borrow one if you want to... The food is good enough, especially the rice... They serve different rice other that steam rice everyday...

Nice hotel and nice hospitality. Gresik is small city, and in comparison the hotel indeed is good to stay.
No liquor or bar as the city itself doesnt sponsor it due to its culture.
However, good place all in all.

Great 3 stars hotel with coffee shop in front of it. It's a good hotel for family vacation or bussiness trip

- Good location..very close from eating
- Friendly staff
- Clean room
- Good breakfast, many kind of food
- Quran, and praying equipment for Moeslim are available
- Angkringan is available in the evening...in the parking location

Room was very good and the service are Xtra ordinary.. good job TEAM

Miz so much,a good and courtesy hotel.But not the guest(high profile indon) Never respect the staff.Haizzz come on Garuda should love Garuda.
