Swiss-Belinn Malang

The hotel is located behind Transmart, so you have to go through the small road beside the Transmart. The room is pretty narrow and clean, you can request for smoking room. The service was very good. The food is surprisingly good and if you stay there on Thursday and Friday, they provide an entertainment on the terrace along with food stall (it is actually their lounge bar).

The room is great but feels a bit too small even for 1 person. But everything inside, and the amenities are perfect. The food is decent and the choices are generous. It is also located next to a shopping centre and quite close to several different campuses. All are within walking distance. A good choice for a short stay in Malang.

Overall it’s a nice hotel to stay in~ Stayed for 3 weeks. All complaints were handled properly and within minutes. Recommended.

Affordable hotel near top campuses in Malang (Brawijaya University, UNM, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim, etc). Perfect for business trip. Right behind the Transmart & Malang Town Square (Matos) dept store. The only things that needs improvement was the towel. Maybe the towel stocks need to be renewed because it is too stiff.

The 2 nights stay was amazing.
Simply comfortable and clean.
Worth to mention the warmth and great services provided by Mas Edo, Mas Azhar, Mas Handoko (if not mistaken), Mba Delinda from FO.
And Mas Nova from Barelo Restaurant for taking care my nasi goreng.
Last but not least, all the security team in front of hotel lobby are all polite and smile while greet every guests.

Very friendly and near mall .. cozy and comfy. Provide chairs in front of lift is very helpful.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Food price is very reasonable. My only concern is i could hear almost clearly of guests talking in the hallway. More sound proofing would be perfect. Haven't had the time to try the pool or gym, i'll save that for the next visit.

While at the hotel, I really enjoyed all the services, the hotel was very complete and helped consumers if there were problems or things they wanted.

It's a nice hotel with great location and complete facilities. The room is quite spacious. It can fit one extra bed if you need it. The bathroom is clean . They provide us with complete amenities. Various dishes available when breakfast. It's beside matos and transmart

Best of the hotel was the Food, I love the breakfast, taste good, nice people.

The best customer service ever. The staff was really care about their guest. They may look like only focusing to their job, but they actually paying attention on their guest and know what the guest need. The location is really close to Matos n Transmart, u can even walk for only a minute to get to the mall. Food was great. Anyways, I will still highlight the service, its beyond my expectation.

Our family absolutely love this hotel. We stayed here once prior to the pandemic and returned just last weekend for another family trip. We enjoyed both stay.
The hotel staff were amazing, they were courteous and helpful.
Our youngest kid (4 y.o) had a blast in the swimming pool (children pool is 40 cm and the bigger one is only 120 cm). She is accident prone and has slipped numerous times at other swimming pools before, but the children pool at Swiss-Belinn Malang wasn't slippery at all so she felt very safe.
Make sure to book the room with breakfast because the breakfast spread is superb! Lots of delicious food to choose from. We also enjoyed delectable late lunch at the restaurant. Took a while for our orders to arrive, but it was well worth the wait.
Location is great as it's right next to two malls and lots of eateries.

It was a good stay at this place.Will return next time for sure.

I stayed here with family ied Fitri holiday and found it so comfy. The hotel's staffs were so helpful and friendly. When we checked out, we didn't need to wait for long. The deposit fee was not needed, either. We really enjoyed our stay.

So far the experience is great, thats why we chose to come back here. Clean room, humble staffs, great ambience from the lobby to the room. The location is also strategic, close to the city. We also got the city view room (as we requested before). Thank you
