Dynamic Physio Mairangi Bay

I visited Dynamic Physio with an ankle issue. I met with Hayley who is very professional and is absolutely amazing. Hayley is very gentle and easy to talk to and soon worked out a plan to resolve my ankle issue. Hayley referred me to Jacob a podiatrist at Dynamic studio who is also very professional and he fitted me with orthotics. A great result from the team at Dynamic Physio and I can highly recommend them.

I have been treated by Marijke Badenhorst at your Mairangi Clinic since March this year. I initially saw her for post operative support and am now seeing her weekly for another injury I have. Her treatment for both injuries has been above and beyond what I would have expected and I can say without a doubt that she is the best Physio I have ever had treatment with. She took time to read up about my injuries and offer me lots of support outside of a physio session. She is also very caring about her patients and makes an effort to find out about their lives and makes each session very engaging. I can highly recommend her.

Physiotherapist Megan as always was friendly and communicative and after assessment of progress had new recommendations about alternative exercises that would accelerate the recovery process.
A positive, interactive meeting, nothing routine.

Charlotte has been absolutely fantastic, she has a wealth of knowledge with back and shoulder injuries , i would highly recommend her if you have any issues with your spine.

Marijke is very caring, and her methods are effective. One of the few times that physio has actually worked for me. After just two sessions, my tenosynovitis pain had been enormously improved.Thanks

Marlese has been thorough in her diagnosis and given excellent treatment to my problem knee. Her massage and needling were very effective. She is friendly and very encouraging and her exercise app has been very beneficial.

Great Physio centre so close to home too. The practitioners have a wealth of knowledge in their specified areas of expertise. They are kind and considerate (especially in the last two years of COVID). Freya was very empathetic and nurturing. Highly recommended. 5 out of 5

Dynamic physio is everything you need and more, im so glad I found this practice. I look forward to my sessions with Caitlin and always leave feeling refreshed and with ALOT less pain. Caitlin goes above and beyond im so well looked after here

My daughter experienced several football related injuries last year.
At the time of her last injury Allan was recommended to us. He not only treated the injury but took the time to determine the underlying cause and has been working tirelessly to correct this with great results.
Allan gives simple explanations that are easy to follow. I also appreciate the calm relaxed atmosphere of the new clinic.

Wow what a experience with Laura Houston.
Seen her twice now with my foot injury. She's great .attention to details , very knowledgeable . I highly recommend her. My foot my much better after seen her only twice.

Allan was recommended to me by my PT after having ongoing knee and back issues. I've been to see physio's before who have fobbed me off with routine stretches, not really getting anywhere and always ending up back at square one. I've been something of a challenge to Allan, with my many issues, but he has thoroughly explained everything along the way and kept me fully aware of what he is doing and why. I finally feel like I'm getting on top of a 16 year issue and really can't recommend Allan and the clinic enough. Keep up the good work!
