ASTON Cilegon Boutique Hotel

The hotel is the best in the city and most comfortable. Their food and drinks are really good especially the papaya nectar is very refreshing. Dara the hotel staff was really great and helpful in her services.

Feel so satisfied with the hotel service, start from the hotel staf, especially Talitha, who very helpfully when I come.
Delicious food, clean room, also the hotel facilities such as spa, gym, small loby but comfort enough.

Aston Cilegon is a very comfortable hotel. the facilities are complete, the rooms are clean, the service is also excellent. breakfast menu at the restaurant is very varied. i really like the authentic Acehnese noodles, it's taste so yummy. thank you for the friendly service by the staff, especially yati🙏

I stayed at Aston Cilegon for my work trip for about 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised at how sophisticated the service here is. Being a stranger in a foreign land the staff still managed to make me feel at home.

The rooms were clean and tidy. If there was anything lacking room service is just a few minutes away from making up for it.

The mornings start with a huge array of breakfast dishes with a special traditional station which changes every day. I will miss having my chats with Dara, Keysha and Yati who always gives me a joyful start to the day with their engaging conversations and prompt service.

The hotel is great place you can feel like home
The breakfast is very good also I can order something like my country (Mexico) some sandwiches with Jalapeños or omelet Mexican style
In general all staff is great especially miss Dara who everyday she give me a very nice smile , is a beautiful woman and make wonderful my day.

Room was excellent, pack with lots of features such as smart tv with netflix and youtube etc and overall room was clean and neat. Breakfast here was great as well, plenty of options to choose from. Location wise there are plenty of nearby street foods and its just a few minutes away from the mall.

Food and services is very awesome, staffs are very friendly and hospitable, especially Ms. Dara 👍👍👍

The hotel have a good facilities, room is very elegant, clean and hi tech. Hotel area also nearby mini marts and malls.

the breakfast was delicious, korean beef sandwich are highly recommended. thank you Ms. Dara ,Yati, Ragiel, Kyesha who were very helpful. But there is no vegetable salad, and the gym requires a tredmil and bench press.

Very nice hotel in small city like Cilegon. They have google assistant in each room already! The location they have nearby minimart that very helpful to get emergency needs, also 5 minutes walk to small mall. Interior is very simple yet useful.

Hotel is lovely, staff superb can't do enough for you ,food and service excellent,dark looked after us very well.

This is a modern hotel. Very good breakfast. Miss Dara and her team were very helpful. I would definitely stay at the Aston again. Thank you 🙏

Nice hotel with great service, kind staff.
Breakfast has many option.
Room have google assistant that give nice vibe, easy to make mood change with music background.
Suggestion to have cappucino machine may be suite with the Cilegon vibe.

1. Room cleanliness and comfort:
The hotel rooms are of appropriate size and the air conditioning works well, making it comfortable to stay in, and cleanliness also good. Refrigerator is good cooling.
One downside is that I was woken up by speaker noise around 4 AM in the morning.

2. Service:
The hotel staff is friendly and creates a positive impression. The restaurant staff is exceptionally attentive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Especially, the coffee prepared by Ms.Dara every morning is very soothing.

3. Location:
The hotel is very convenient as there are convenience stores, shopping malls, and food courts nearby.

The stalls here offer good service to all customers, especially Dara, who is easy to communicate with and polite with customers. For me, the best food here is donuts.
