Good staffs, good food, clean room & pool is large also kids friendly.. breakfast taste good enough & complete.. very value for money.. the atmosphere of the hotel is calm, suitable for refreshing. and the waiter likes to greet visitors :)

Good place to staycation. For work or with family. Good pool, ambience, and service. Unfortunately, hot shower in my room didn't work and after repaired, it still didnt work. But everything is very good.

Excellent 👌 service to customer. Friendly and helpful employees. Although the hotel location is not that easy to get to, but you can always follow the gps. They have a wonderful breakfast pax, and you can have the breakfast neat their swimming pool. Compare to other place, you should be able a promo price on certain days.

The Hotel is good enough for those who looking for Bali vibes. Although quite far for Jakartans, but worth to stay here. I spent for 4nights, really enjoy for the PoI nearby like KFC, Mixue.

Good place, Clean and really near to the beach

The right place for a vacation to relieve fatigue and feel like you are on the island of Bali

Got 2 queen-size beds on each room. Staffs were helpful. Egg station for breakfast with plenty of options from porridge to fresh and sweet fruits (watermelon, pineapple, papaya, honeydew melon). Deduct one star on location since it's not exactly near to the beach.

Nice to bring kids here. The pool so good.

At the beginning I was confused why the hotel price was more expensive when compared to other hotels of the same level in Pangandaran.
But after coming to the hotel, the security guard was like "Satpam Bank BCA" 😁, very helpful, very friendly.
Parking management is very good.
Rooms are very spacious, soft beds, but hot water really hard to adjust.
The breakfast is simple but very good, especially the omelette, best omelette in town.
The best thing about this hotel is the cool atmosphere even though it is close to the beach, and the swimming pool is very safe for children.

Very friendly staff who understood English and my special requests to make me a vegetarian dish too. Fresh delicious food was prepared and served.
We ordered satay, a tofu dish and fried rice . All the food lives upto our expectations.

We had a pool-side family room with a little terrace in front of the room. We had a good two nights here.

Looove the pool..huge, clean and the water is warm enough. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The twin beds are bigger than the normal size and are comfy. The staff are all friendly, accommodating and professional. Two years ago, my child left behind his favorite stuffed toy and the front desk have mailed it straight to our home..that's how reliable and professional they are. Thank you so much, Arnawa for another great stay. We will surely come back!

The rooms are clean and tidy. The service is good. The breakfast also has a variety of choices. The swimming pool is clean and there is a pool for children too. It's recommended!

Very good place, clean and service. The food was so good and fresh. Garden looks good, have enough car park. The room also clean and homey. Always be the number one priority if search hotel in pangandaran. Have many facilities like shuttle car, have a alo of destination we need to go. Almost perfect hotel, except the location is a little bit far to beach whe you walk.

very nice place to stay, looooove the pool, very spacious, guest activity starts eary so hotel is mostly for early sleepers😪. although my room, the tv is sometimes glitchy and i hope the hotel can fix it, the room is 219 on the right wing. hopefully this is helpful.

We love this hotel and stay here every time. The pool is tropical and beautiful. The rooms have excellent AC and are spacious.
