We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Santika in Palu and had a delightful experience. The standout feature for us was undoubtedly the exceptional food. The chef's culinary skills were impressive, creating a memorable dining experience. Special kudos to Kris, whose outstanding service added a personal touch to our stay.

While the gym is on the smaller side, the friendly staff, delicious cuisine, and thoughtful parting gift made our stay at Hotel Santika truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it for those seeking a combination of great food and warm hospitality in Palu.

Perfect hotel to stay for business trip with strategic location. The services was good. The room was clean and comfortable, but the aircon was a lil bit warmer and it can't be adjusted , so we should call the technician to fix it. The breakfast was good with various food. Overall is good.

Really comfy. Looks elegant and luxurious. The place is comfortable. There are a lot of place to sit so people don't have to stand around the hall. The service is also great. The waiter/tress really do their job well. The room is great, big and comfy. The food here also taste good. This hotel is really recommended for holding a party or event.

One of the "hit" hotel in town, located in the middle of the town made it a lot easier to travel to other places. Receptionist was pretty helpful and friendly, tasty foods, clean, comfy and well decorated room, didn't try the gym nor pool, but air conditioner worked perfectly, same goes with the water heater.

The room's view is not the best, but there's nothing to complain. A bit pricy but overall, 5 star worthy for this small town.

I love this hotel because it's located at the heart of the city. It is a bit far from the ocean view, but still it has beautiful city scenery at night. I stayed at fifth floors and could see gorgeous blue mountain from my windows. The bathroom is clean, great bed and decent tv channels. Breakfast was great too, love their various menus.

Perfect. Quick check-in and check out. The room services is super, the breakfast delicious the staff were helpful. The cleaning is great. A little bit floor crack or wall but still consider fine. Eventhough the price bit pricy because last minute walk-in guest. However, Overall our stay was perfect for us. Our next trip to Palu, definately will stay here again - Inshallah.

This is one of the best star hotels in Palu, located at the center of this city Jl Juanda. Great breakfast, swimming pool, also great for meetings and events.

Good location, close to the famous Borobudur Restaurant. Standard room, a little too dark for my taste but still ok. Breakfast is FANTASTIC!! Lots of Indonesian food choices, starting from bubur ayam, soto ayam, nasi kuning all with different condiments! Great flavour, authentic taste and highly recommended!

the hotel is very beautiful, and very strategically located in the city center of Palu. I once stayed at the hotel here, during the Salonde Palu Festival event before the earthquake. and now after the earthquake it turns out this hotel is still standing strong. greetings from singapore😊😊

Its always a pleasure to stay in Santika. Excellent Indonesian food during breakfast and clean rooms with reasonable price. Following what they believe, 4th floor is not available.

It nice because it was located in the city. The room is comfortable. I think they can improve their TV quality and also upgrade the channela.

The room quite good with a sofa inside. But I suggest that hotel management should have put Qibla Direction inside the room.

Great place to held an event, the staff were super nice and the ballroom is cozy. The food is also great.

4 bottle of mineral water each day in every room, variation of breakfast menu including traditional and international cullinary. And also fruits and juice

Strategic location close to transmart mall. Spacious room, breakfast is good with many choices.
