Hotel Horison Lampung

Would love to see more option for breakfast, they have a lot already. Enjoyed the traditional cuisine available. There's a small pool in the dining area. Location is in the middle of the city, easy to get around. Somehow the picture in the travel platform didn't do them justice, I enjoyed the stay.

This hotel provided a good services, stay with family are very comfortable, and also the front office are the best. I will come back again ...

Always satisfied with its service. The fresh smell since the first step to the lobby, very clean floor in all areas, high standard of room and utilities sanitizing, nice pool. I looked for Tv remote in the room, and quite surprised as the remote is in paper bag-disinfected. God, I've been looking in each locker. I even got free body weight check using digital body analyzer and got printed result. Delicious and various food. A little annoying thing is water dispenser in the restaurant, it took so long to fill the glass. So its better ask waiter to get the water.

I stays here for 2 nights, in my opinion this hotel was old with low quality stuff inside room such as; Changhong TV without digital channels (🐜 screen), cover under the Sofa was broken, and many more. But the worst thing in my experience is the room service, I requested for a plate immediately for my dinner in my room but with around 30 minutes already waiting, waiting experience is unpleasant thing.

I stayed for 11 nights on March 2020. Such a good place for longstay. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, near from banks and malls. Clean rooms. There are some kind of jamu, Indonesian traditional drinks. It needs a special path to swimming pool area only.

Comfort place, nice view, good service. They have a delicious meals with various menu. You should try to spend your weekend in here.

Tips: you should choose a room with odd number and you'll get ocean view.

Visit Horison Lampung for business trip, located is very starategic, receptionist very humble with Ms Dona. Horison Lampung is the best hotel.

It's a good hotel for your staycation like me.
There's a pool and then gym room. The breakfast was good, specially salad I love it.
For room I've DELUXE room and it was so nice.

Good Hotel. a lot of facility, the room is not to spacious. breakfast service is excelent. a lot of good places nearby. if you lucky enough, you will get ocean view room

Great food, a lot of menu from local taste. Central Air Cond, must wait for a while for the room to cooling down. Wifi just so-so, not for playing mobile online game. Anyways, it's the Best hotel i've ever stayed till now in Lampung.

the staff so helpfull and friendly. the room also comfortable. but my doors room too hard to close because it little broken. they must fix it soon.

Good Hotel, not too expensive. Room clean & parking was easy & free as long register car number plate at reception. Breakfast is the best, will come back later when visit lampung

This hotel is a part of Metropolitan Golden Management, the hotel chain group who holds the Horison brand.
Horison Lampung located in one of the busiest street (or you can say ave.) And only about 1km to the center of the town. It's high rising building structure is easily to notice from the traffic.

The service was quite good, all of the staff are quite friendly, the room was quite clean, good looking, and organized but only has an average amenities and appliences.
Breakfast buffet was good but only has a couple type of food, not as much as (e.g Accor Hotels Chain Members) LOL.
Deserve to be a 4 stars or even 5 stars

Good "business" hotel, right smack in the middle of the city. Room features are standard for the type of hotel it is. Front Desk Staff is NOT friendly and NOT helpful.

Hotel located in the heart of the city. Easy access from anywhere. Nice room with strong hot water shower. Good quality breakfast.
